"It's fucking cold." Axel says.
We're walking along the street, holding hands. The cold bites at my skin, making me shiver. Axel pulls me closer, his body heat keeping me warm. "It's freezing...." I stutter, my teeth chattering. We knock on the door, shivering. Ashlee opens the door. "You're late, fuckers. Hurry up and get inside. You're letting all the cold in." She says. We walk in, kicking off our shoes at the door. We head upstairs to her room.
The group is sat there, chilling. Jamie is curled up next to Cameron. " Ivy!" He shouts. He runs over and gives me a hug. I hug him back. " You mad bastard! Where have you been?" I chuckle. Jamie giggles. "At Cam's! I can't bare to do the tour with Dad! And Phil is just moping at home like a little puppy. They've given me time off for it...." He says, although is voice goes quieter and the end. I smile. "You're doing an amazing job, Jammers. We're all here for you." Everyone nods, agreeing. I go and sit next to Max and Ashlee. "Where the fuck have you been?" Max says. "I rest my head on her shoulder. " Mom's been at it again. It's driving me nuts so I've been crashing at Axel's. Sorry I went MIA. How have you been?" I say. Max shrugs. "Dad is about bust any day now. I don't really care, but Ash told me I should update you guys." She says aloud, so everyone hears. I nod. "How are you doing?" I ask her. She shrugs again. "I don't know how to feel. If I make a comment, people get pissed. The only people I can talk to are you guys, Papa and Ben. Oh! speaking of Ben and Papa!" She shouts. We all look at her, waiting. "They're getting married in two weeks!" We all cheer, getting excited. "I'm so excited! Daniel said that me, Ivy and Jamie, Hope and Whitney are gonna be the bride maids and Max, Axel, Cameron, Manny and Gabriel are the groomsmen. Also Maria is going to be the maid of honour and Ben's daughter Persephone is the ring bearer." Ashley explains. "Persephone?" Axel questions. "She's 24! Ben was 14 when she was born. We don't know who the parent is as she left when she was born and disappeared. She is the best big sis ever." Max tell us. We start chatting, talking about what we are going to wear and how excited we all are. I climb into Axel's lap, smiling. He kisses my forehead gently.
