I lay my head backwards and turn away due to Jah tickling me as he continues to kiss me, making him stop. I hear his laughter in my ear and my eyes open, seeing him leaning down towards me. He kisses me on my lips, surprising me. Somehow I end up laying down on the couch, him and I never once parting. As I go to get back up, I feel Jah's body colliding with mine as he continues the kiss.

No... This is wrong... And...

I try and sit up, once again, making Jah move back, this time, allowing me to.

"Hm? What's wrong? You good?" He asks.

I nod.

Kinda... It's just been a long day and I know that I need a shower... Well, I think I do-

"Uh- Yeah... I'm just-" I say, sniffing my armpit and although I can't really see him in the darkness, his demeanor tells me that he rolls his eyes.

"What?!" I whisper-yell, laughing.
"I could use a shower, Jah. Or better, a bath!" I tell him, making him laugh out loud.

Although there's a chance that we might wake David... I'd take it, just to hear him laugh like that again.

"You're good." Jah says to me, being predictable and making me roll my eyes.

"Sorry..." I say.

"For not showering??" He questions jokingly and I laugh, rolling my eyes.

"Not just that... But...for...interrupting the moment-" I try and say, but he then gently brings his face near to mine again, placing a kiss on my lips before pulling back.

"What??" He asks.

Oh-

"You don't wanna-" Jah tries to ask me.

"No! Nothing! It's nothing... Just..." I begin to say and he waits for me to go on.

I smile at what I'm about to say, making him smile too.

"You...don't really want to do it...here...? Right, Jah?" I ask him and he drops his shoulders in disappointment at my clearly underwhelming concern.

"Jah?! In David's house?! Ew, no! That's-"

Jah laughs.

"What? What is it?" He asks.

"Besides weird as f*ck... It's...kinda rude...to him. I mean, with him letting us stay...?" I say, and Jah groans, laying back onto the couch as he expresses just how much displeasure my words bring him.

"After everything he's doing for us?" I wonder and Jah nods, dismissing me.

"Yeah, yeah. Fine, whatever." He says, making me drop the conversation.

I get up and he looks in my direction.

"I'm just going to take a bath, I guess now's my chance..." I state and he turns his head with a little nod, staring back at the TV.
