THE MYSTERY OF THE MISSING PEARL

CHAPTER FOUR

"We need your help. Please help us out. We think you all are the only people who can help us out now"; Sam said.

"Yeah sure"; Erika said.

John and Kevin looked at her.

"We need to have a talk between us before we decide anything"; Kevin said with a little stern look towards Erika for deciding things on her own.

The groups got separate.

"I'm going. I don't want to have any discussions. If you want to come then come and don't want to, then don't and it would be better if you actually don't tag along"; Erika said before the others could say anything.

"Can you stop your nonsense"; John said.

"I'm ready to accompany you"; Erika said leaving their discussions aside and joining the other 2.

The 2 looked at others. They had a blank face. Shawn and Loren too agreed to accompany. They were approx studying in 7th and 8th standards.

"We would have to leave for New York right now. All our group members are waiting out there"; Sam said.

"Is that all right for you all"; Sapphire asked.

"That's perfectly fine with me"; Erika said and started walking.

Sapphire and Sam looked at the other cousins. They still looked confused. Shawn and Loren too followed Erika. Eventually the other 2 had to follow.

Sam and Sapphire lead the group towards a car. They were drove to an open space where a helicopter was parked.

The cousins were waiting for the Sam and Sapphire to arrive. They had gone to have some chat with the pilot.

"What are you doing? Are you gone mad"; Kevin shouted at Erika.

"Who told you to come on the first case? You can better leave even now. Let me do whatever I'm doing"; Erika said.

"Yeah as if we can"; John said.

"What are we going to say to our family members? Have anyone given a thought about it yet"; Loren said.

"That's what I'm saying. I can say I'm going back to hostel. What will you all say? So please return back".

"As if we are going to"; Shawn replied.

The other 2 returned which ended up their conversation. They were lead in the helicopter. The pilot took his seat and they headed straight to New York.

It was the first time for few of the cousins if not all to travel in the helicopter. The family even being that rich didn't owned a helicopter because of the number of troubling kids they had in the family.

Sapphire was able to see some expressions on Kevin's and John's mind. It seemed they weren't much pleased to help out.

"Where are we actually going in New- York"; Erika asked.

"Straight to Susan's grannies place which is on an island"; Sapphire replied.

The cousins were excited to hear that. They were going to have fun on an island for the first time. They were enjoying their journey.

As the helicopter was passing through the sea the cousins saw a huge castle like bungalow. It looked liked recently constructed. It was surely magnificent.

As the helicopter started to land the cousins saw few people moving close towards the helicopter.

The helicopter had completely landed and all of them moved out of it. Sam and sapphire moved towards the group which was waiting for them some distance away.
