THE MYSTERY OF THE MISSING PEARL

CHAPTER THREE

Next day after having her breakfast she was back in her library reading the intros.

Afternoon had passed and yet the girl was going on reading without eating anything.

As she was reading, she heard someone coming. She remembered keeping the door open so that she wouldn’t have to get up to open the door for her sis Kiara who often used to visit her. “Come on in sis…I need your help in something"; Erika called out as she kept on reading.

Hearing no reply she looked up and saw Sam there. His sudden appearance made Erika a bit shocked but she was back in a while.

“I had expected you to be here"; he said.

Hearing his sentence made her suspicious more deep that he was the culprit in burning down the place. Erika gave him a bad look.

“I guess I shouldn’t be out here"; Sam said with the same smile as usual on his face and left.

Erika stared at the guy until he completely didn’t vanish from her sight. As he disappeared she carried on with her reading.

Kiara entered in soon after he had left.

“What’s up with you… what are you busy thinking? Have anything happened out here".

Erika decided to hide out things that had happened. But she surely did needed her sisters help.

“I suddenly remembered few wordings of some story book. I don’t remember to which book it belongs. Actually it’s been many years and I don’t remember anything. Can you help me out?”

“What are the wordings"; Kiara asked.

She read it aloud for her sister.

Kiara face was blank for some time and then she had a smile as she replied…

“Have you tried reading the six books in the cupboard"; Kiara said.

Erika rushed to check on those books. Kiara waved her bye and left from that place. Erika tried to stop Kiara but she was long gone.

Erika found the book which contained about Blue Blossoming Castle and Bloom and Drew. She also noticed that the bunch of books were just of Bloom and Susan’s stories.

She took the book to Kevin’s place as she was too hungry. She had her lunch and went to have a small nap. Later when she got up she started to read the book after she got fresh.

Later she had her dinner in the night and finished off the book before going to sleep.

She had finished but wasn’t able to find the link between the words written in that book and the photograph.

“I’m sure that those guys are behind this fire as the library was not burnt…and that is because they knew that I have this book and they wanted me to check out this book. But why did they do that…, and what is the connection between the books and the photograph"; she said to herself, “But I promise I would take my revenge from those who did this to my family. I already know that those 2 are responsible just needs some proof".

She didn’t think any further and went to sleep. Next day as Erika was having her breakfast she thought of going away from her place as she knew she won’t be able to find out things by staying there and if it is at all related to her then her family will be in danger if she stayed there. She thus decided to leave soon. She informed Kiara that she had received an urgent message from the college and she had to return back.

Before Kiara could ask anything Erika left the place. She reached the bungalow and was reading out other books when Sam came in like the last time. This time it was expected by Erika.
