THE MYSTERY OF THE MISSING PEARL

CHAPTER TWO-The journey begins

All the packing's were done and all were ready to leave. The car through which they were going to travel waited outside Susan's house. All had settled themselves at her place and were ready to move.

"It would be great fun," Brian said.

"Of course it would. Susan's mother has made the preparations. Surely it would be a great fun," Tyson said.

All the 4 couples had their seats and their journey begin. They were going to travel to the airport by the car and from there they would go to Susan's granny's place. Their journey to the airport was about 20 minutes. They reached the airport. They were going to travel in Susan's private plane which was specially meant for 8 people. They took their seats. Their journey was of about 2 hours. 2 hours was just like 2 mints for the friends. They always enjoyed so much that they didn't knew how the time passed.

The flight landed. Susan's mother had informed her that their next journey was in car which would be waiting for them outside the airport. As they came out they saw a man holding a cardboard having Susan's granny's name that is Hannah Cruz. They went to the man and gave him their identity and followed him towards the car and took their seat. It took them 3 hours to reach their destination. The man dropped them to a beach. All of them got down and started to look around at the place. After some while they realized that they hadn't asked the driver the reason for the halt out there.

"Are we waiting here to have fun for sometime at this beach," Clara asked.

"I don't think so. It's already evening," Susan replied. She knew that her parents and granny wont allow them to halt until they have reached their destination.

"Let's ask the driver the reason for the halt," Tyson suggested.

But when they turned back to ask the driver they were surprised to see that no one was over there. The driver had already left.

'Is this a joke? Is this your granny's place," Amanda asked.

Susan was confused herself. she didn't knew what she should say.
Was the driver a person to just leave those people out anywhere... or is this place related to her granny's location somehow...

"I had heard that my granny was building a castle on an island. Maybe we are going over there. Maybe we have to travel by the sea route from here," Susan said.

"But there is nothing over here for us to travel," Steven said.

"And it's already going dark," Emily reminded.

"Let's search at the shore. Maybe we would find something for travelling," Tyson suggested.

"There isn't any network over here even so that i can contact my mom or my granny," Susan said.

10 mints passed had passed and the group searched around the shore dividing themselves. At last Bryan gave out a call. All of them rushed at that place. Bryan had found a boat on the shore a little far away from where all the travelers were searching. They went there but there wasn't anyone close to drive them to their destination if there was any destination ahead.
Eric had found a man sleeping nearby and he was trying to wake him up. The man got up without much effort.

"Is there any island ahead and do anyone name Hannah Cruz resides at that place," Susan asked.

"Who are you," he asked in a stern voice.

"I'm her niece," Susan replied.

"Okey I will drop you there," he said and stood up. He stretched himself a bit and headed towards the boat... He tried pulling the small boat on the sea bed.

The boat wasn't that big enough but all the eight and the sailor were able to sit on the boat. By 8 pm approx they reached an island. There were lights at that place.
