CHAPTER TWENTY THREE

They went in Sam's room. It wasn't that big so it was going to be easy an search.
They went in the room . All distributed themselvs.
Jayson went in search of the computer. Kane was searching in the cupboard whereas Sapphire on the bed and Noel in all the remaining places.

Afer searching a lot they decided to leave from there.
Jayson asked Kane to get Kiara from her hostel and then rejoin the group. Kane left them.

He went to her hostel and found her there.
Kiara was in her hostel room. Kane entered in the room through the window. He although first checked whether there was anyone around.

She was all set to go like she was just waiting for his return.

"Hello"; Kiara said.

Kane looked at her.

"Let's leave"; he said.

Kiara nodded and picked off her hand bag.

"I won't like to say but can you please get down through the window. I will join you down....";

" Yes I can understand that"; Kane said and was about to leave when Fiona(Kiara's roommate) entered in the room.

She waa shocked to see a guy in the room.

She locked the room and entered in.

"How did you brought him up"; She asked.

"That's a long story I will probably tell u later on"; Kiara said, " Well can you please go in the washroom. I want to have a talk with him";

" I will go out"; she said.

" Nope go in the washroom"; Kiara said and and pushed her in.

" Go fast"; Kiara said to the confused Kane.

He went off from the window.
Kiara called Fiona out and left saying she was going home.

Fiona wanted to ask her things but before she could ask Kiara ran away.

Kiara met Kane downstairs a bit far away frm her hostel.

"Why did you pushed her in the washroom"; Kane asked.

"Of she had been out then she would have waited to see you leave through that path. It would be too awakward to say that you went down through the window"; Kiara said, "So how are we planning to leave"; Kiara asked.

" Actually I want to go at a place to visit someone. We will be going there first and then we will head back"; Kane said planning to visit Kelly's place.

Kiara nodded. They first took a cab to the railway station. It took 15 minutes to reach there. Kane got the tickets. Kiara wasn't aware of where they were heading.

At one station Kane suddenly stood up and asked her to come along.
Kiara followed her down the station. Rather then going out of the platform they started walking towards the rails.

Trains crossed by them as the girl wondered what was Kane up to.
He was deep in his thoughts.
Kiara wondered what the guy had in his mind.

She felt he was a bit excited abut something. They were crossing through mountainous areas.
It was surely a beautiful scene.
The rains were actually increasing the beauty.

There was a hilly area where many mountains were connected to each other. There were big and small and diffrent types of water fall from those mountains. The sun light created a different shade on the mountains.
The clouds added to the beauty.
It was beautiful scene.

Kiara was enjoying the scene but was actually enjoying spending time with Kane.
She had a cheerfull smile as they were trekking to different mountains.
Kane was enjoying her company too.
It was actually a weird feeling.

He felt her as a very close person in his life although she wasn't.
Kane had planned to visit Kelly and he could have taken a short route using his technique but he wasn't able to use his technique in front of Kiara so had to take a proper treeking route to that place.

Well he even tried to increase the route to some extent.

Their trip was a silent one. No one talked but each had a attractive feeling towards the other.

They had reached a forest and was walking through it.
Kane felt as if someone was following them. He wad cautious as he tried counting them down. 1, 2,3, ... and so on.

He was so concentrated in counting that he didn't realized when was he attacked from the forward.
He surely had not analyzed their strength.

Kiara looked back.
Kane was fallen down with a weird knife on his hand. She rushed towards him. He was afraid tht people may attack again but he was not able to see anyone in the forward.

Kiara was blocking his view. She moved forward and removed the knife with a jerk.
She removed a piece of cloth and tied it down without questioning anything. She got up and by supporting Kane tried to run away as sast as she can along with him.

Kane was surprised. Normally anyone would have fired questions at a site like this or was she able to see the enemies to not question about them.

As they started to run Kane noticed several knifes lying close by where he had lied.

"Was the opponents attacks missed so many times"; he thought.

And the other thing that troubled him was the knifes. It was the ones that were given only to the people of his organization.

"How does the enemies have one";

If the enemies were from the organization there were no chances that they will miss the targets then how were those knifes present there.

He looked at Kiara as her expression had completely changed.
She had a serious look as she moved ahead holding Kane at his wrist .

There wasn't any attacks from forward. Kane also wondered about them as he crossed few knife's fallen on the ground.

"Is Kiara the one doching them without me noticing it"; he thought but later concluded that it wasn't possible. Her speed won't be that grat to be missed by Kane.

He was suddenly attacked from behind.
He was able to doch them as the injured hand was caught by Kiara.

He had not realized the pain even when she had caught his injured hand. Her hold was too gentle but firm.

They moved on and on running away. They had reached the end of the forest. It was and open space.
Same like that where Kelly stayed but this was a different mountain.

They were surrounded by the enemies. Their face were hidden by the masks so it was difficult to recognize the people.

Kane began to fight. They used the same machines Kane was using. Their individual skills were less but together they were able to beat Kane to a pulp.

Few of them moved towards Kiara. She started to move back.
There was no place for her to move. Kiara looked straight in his eyes. He was bleeding fallen on the round. He wasn't able to stand up.

Kiara gave him a short smile.
Kane looked at her. He tried to get up but was hit back on the ground.

Kiara lifted both her hands in the air.
Kane had a wide expression on his face.
He tried to get up. He was again hit but he caught thrprrsons hand and threw him away. He ran towards Kiarw but it was too late. The girl had already threw herself from the clif.

Kane was just not able to do anything.

"Kiara" he called out "Kiara",
he shouted as he fell on his knees.
He again was not able to save someone.

It was all because of his weakness.
He was in a state of shock.
He was just not able to bare the pain.
He was attacked and the boy was not able to fight back. He was hit badly many times to knock him uncounscious on the ground.
Even in that state he was looking at the cliff the girl had fallen from.
