Third Pov

The streets reeked of marijuana and urine, a smell the people around Taylor seemed too not care about or even notice. Her simple Chiefs crewneck and jeans helped her blend into the crowed as she followed Drew and Ross into the Lumen stadium a sense of nostalgia running through her as she thought back to the last time, she had been there only two years ago.

Even though it wasn't an official game she had still insisted on coming arguing that it was the first season she wouldn't be touring, and she wanted to attend every game possible. She would have been going alone if Ross hadn't found out that she wasn't going to have anyone with her in the box, besides her security team, who she would know. So here they were walking through the large stadium up to the box Travis had gotten them seats in.

"I'm going to grab a drink before they start, want me to grab you anything?" Ross asked her already beginning to stray away from the group.

"Maybe a water for now, I'll get something later in the game." Ross gave her a nod walking off in the other direction.

They passed through the groups of people dressed in their blue and green Seahawks jerseys mixed in with the occasional red and yellow Chiefs merch. "This way Taylor." Drew led Taylor over to one of the boxes allowing her to look around and find a seat.

Taylor made herself comfortable, taking in the sight of the stadium which was beginning to fill with people. Taking out her phone, she snapped a quick picture of the field sending a picture to Travis even though she knew he wouldn't be looking at his phone until after the game. Looking up from her phone she could see a few fans freaking out in front of the box, chuckling to herself she offered them a small wave and smile watching as it added to their excitement.

When the door opened again Taylor turned around expecting to see Ross with his food and drinks but was slightly surprised when a younger looking couple holding a small baby carrier walked in. They seemingly didn't notice Taylor was there, both of them caught up in their conversation, the girl leaning down to readjust something in the carrier the man was holding.

As they drew closer Taylor could hear them talking in slightly hushed tones. "I told you she would stay asleep for the transfer," the man teased bumping his hip against hers getting a smack in response.

"You hush you're not the one who has to deal with her once she is up." The girl fussed guiding him over to some seat with enough room to set the carrier down.

Taylor held back a laugh watching the couple bicker suddenly no longer able to stop herself from envisioning her and Travis. For once she allowed to herself to let her mind wander daydreaming about the possibilities of having her own baby to take to games.

Her daydreams were interrupted by Ross bursting into the room, drinks and snacks filling his arms. "Let's get this show on the road!" He exclaimed getting a glare from Taylor which quickly turned into a grimace as the sound of a baby crying filled the room. Both of their heads turned to look over at the source of the crying a look of pity forming on their face when they saw the girls head sagging down as she let out a sigh.

"I know," the man cooed to the baby. "I cry when I don't wake up with a boob in my mouth too." The next sounds they heard were a sharp smack followed by a quiet 'ow'.

Taylor failed to stifle her laugh causing the girl's head to snap over to where the sound came from her eyes widening in shock before quickly turning back to the crying infant. "Sorry," Ross raised his hand in apologies slinking over to Taylor.

"Waking a baby Ross really?" Taylor teased him taking the water bottle from his hand.

"How was I supposed to know there was a baby?" Ross fought back peeking over at the couple who were trying to settle the baby.

"I'm just messing with you."

The game began and it was evident that the Chiefs weren't even trying which was as to be expected. It was a pregame so what they didn't wouldn't affect the later season. Taylor tried to stay engaged but the lack of effort from the team had her growing bored early into the game. She found her gaze drifting back to the small family sat beside them, she could tell they were doing their best to focus on the game and not who was sitting a few seats away but there were still times she could catch them sneaking glances.

A little after the second quarter the man got up seemingly to go use the bathroom leaving the young woman and baby alone. The sound of something clattering on the floor caught Taylor's attention pulling her gaze to the floor where a small rattle lay just out of the woman's reach.

Without a second thought Taylor jumped up from her seat grabbing the small toy off the floor handing it to the mother. "Thank you." The woman said gratefully wiping the rattle off before placing it back into her bag.

"No problem," Taylor gave her a warm smile. "I'm Taylor."

"Selena." She shifted the baby in her arms offering her hand which Taylor shook. "And this is Aubrey."

"Nice to meet you, I'm assuming you're from Seattle?"

"Kind of, we live about an hour away one of our friends owns the seats but is out of town so offered to let us come." Selena explained.

By the time Selenas husband had returned the girls had found themselves deep in conversation as if they were old friends. The husband, who Taylor learned was named Austin, seemed completely unfazed as if this was a normal occurrence. At some point during the night Taylor ended up with Aubrey in her arms gushing over how adorable the little baby was.

Ross could have sworn he saw hearts in her eyes the moment the baby was placed in her arms. He snuck a few photos, which wasn't hard due to all of Taylor's focus being on Aubrey to show to Travis later.

When the game did finally end Taylor was completely oblivious to who won giving little to no reaction when Ross tried to tell her joking with Austin that they may just have to leave without the girls.

"Tay come on we gotta go Trav is waiting for us down by the lockers." Ross urged her.

"Alright alright I'm coming," Taylor rolled her eyes passing the baby back to Selena. Ross could have sworn he'd seen a tear. "It was so nice meeting you." Taylor gave her a hug sending one last wave to Austin before being led out by Ross and her security.

Security led them through the halls down to the lockers where they spotted Travis waiting for them. "Hey Sweetie," Travis wrapped Taylor in his arms. "Did you have a good time?" Taylor gave him a nod burrowing her face into his chest in an attempt to steal some of his warmth. "Alright then are you guys ready to head out the?" Travis asked a bit thrown off by the way she was acting.

"I need to use the bathroom really quick." Taylor peeked her head out to look over at Drew who was already locating the nearest restroom.

"Ok, we'll wait right here for you." Travis gave her a quick peck letting her follow Drew down the hall. "Did something happen during the game? She seems a little off." He looked over a Ross a concerned look on his face.

"She's just sad I made her leave her new best friend behind." Ross joked already pulling out his phone when Travis gave him a questioning look. "There was this younger couple with their little daughter in the box with us and Tay befriended the mom and ended up holding their baby most of the game." He handed Travis his phone letting him see the photos he had taken of Taylor and the baby.

"She was more invested in the baby then she was the game, man I'm telling you there were hearts in her eyes." He laughed taking his phone back from Travis.

"I can see that," Travis let out a laugh that didn't quite match the look in his eyes. "Can you send me those?"

"Uh yeah sure," Ross gave him a look sending the photos to his phone just as Taylor walked back up to them.

"Alright I'm good." Taylor smiled grabbing hold of Travis's hand throwing his arm over her shoulders. "And cold so if we could speed this up it would be greatly appreciated."

"Hypocrite." Ross said in between fake coughs.

Taylor flipped him off not even off not even bothering to look back as she walked away. She was in for a long conversation when they got back to the hotel.
