Aiden sighed dramatically, then grinned. "We can cuddle at my house."

I paused midway through standing up and pushing in my vanity stool, considering it. "Eh, sure. I'm bored."

Silence passed through the call as I turned off my lights and grabbed my phone and knockoff AirPods. "Did you just say yes willingly to cuddling with me? And having to leave early to do so?"

I rolled my eyes, and couldn't stop the grin that overtook my face at his utter surprise. I looked into the camera, smiling from ear to ear. "See you in a sec."

☼☼☼

I knocked three times.

I was able to sneak out the front door without Tyler seeing, because I didn't want to explain why Aiden was in my room and why I was straddling  him.

The door swung open, and Aiden grinned. "Thayyyy!" the blondie ushered me in and closed the front door. He dragged me upstairs to his room, and I swear I heard him giggle as he turned off the lights to make it more relaxing, then plopped onto his bed and got under the covers. I sighed, setting my phone on his bedside table and slipping off my crocs then slipping under the covers as well. "I'm excited for the others to be here," he said as his legs interlocked with mine, pulling me close. I felt my face heat up progressively more as he wrapped his arms around my torso and rested his head on my chest. I wrapped my arms lazily around him, and pulled the blanket up a bit more. I shifted onto my back, and he laid on me, his eyes closing as he relaxed.

Oh my god. He felt so warm and nice on me. Platonically. How is he so relaxed? I'm freaking out. I could feel how heated up my face was, and knowing that if he looked up he could see how red I was didn't help.

"I can hear how fast your heart is beating," Aiden teased, looking up. He grinned. "You're so red. Are you flustered this time?"

I scoffed weakly, rolling my eyes. "Why would I be flustered?"

Aiden shrugged. "Because I'm like... 100% your type."

Hell yeah he was. I wasn't going to tell him that, though. "Luckily your type isn't me."

☼AIDEN'S POV☼

Huh? Did she really think that, or was she joking? I'll go along with it, I guess?  I laughed, laying my head back down on her chest. "Totally."

There was silence. Shit. Was I not supposed to say that?  She laughed quietly. "Yup."

    I totally did something wrong.

I shifted up, and rested my head under her chin, closing my eyes. What if I took her hair out of a ponytail? I grinned at the idea, and shot up, knees pinning her arms down as I took out her hairpins and hairtie. She was able to flip us over, and reached for her hairties and hair pins in my hand. She was so beautiful. Her hair was so long it reached either side of my head, almost like curtains. Thaylor was able to get everything from my hand because I got spaced out and my grip weakened, and started to tie her hair up.

I pouted, and sat up, our faces so close she froze. "Pleaseee keep your hair down."

She didn't respond for a second, and then she lowered her hands. "For now."

With a grin, I slid my arms around her, pulling her down onto me and pulling the covers up. She got comfortable, head on my chest, arms around my torso.

She slid a hand into my hair, playing with it, eyes barely open. "They're probably on their way."

My brain short circuted as she gently twirled strands of my hair between her fingers. I felt my face heat up, gulping. "Who?"

    "The others."

"Why would the others be coming over?" the words slipped out as she kept playing with my hair.

"The sleepover?" she said, hand stilling in my hair. She laughed softly, making a genuine smile slip onto my face. "You're so dumb."

"The door is unlocked," I said as I slid a hand onto her scalp. Maybe I could make her forget about the others and relax... "They can get in."

She yawned, hand letting go of my hair and wrapping around my neck. "That's not how that works..." her words trailed off as I massaged her scalp. Her eyes fluttered closed, and I waited a bit. Her breaths evened out. She was asleep.

I smiled, and grabbed my phone, muting it and playing Block blast. I heard the front door open, and tapped her shoulder. She was dead asleep.

I got out of bed with Thay in my arms, holding her in my arms like a baby. I shoved my phone into my pocket, and walked downstairs while she was asleep. Ben had answered the door, and him and Ashlyn were staring at me. Taylor and Tyler walked in, and pure joy spread across Taylor's face. Meanwhile, Tyler just shook his head. Logan walked in, glanced at what was happening, and closed the front door behind everyone.

"Hand her over," Tyler demanded, walking over.

I scoffed, holding Thay closer. "But she's obviously comfortable in my arms."

Logan sucked in his lips, and proposed a simple idea, "How about we all chill in the living room?"

Tyler gave me a glare before we all walked to the living room, getting comfortable on the couches. I laid Thay on my lap, wrapping her in a blanket.

☼☼☼

Taylor and Ashlyn were currently dancing in front of my TV, trying to learn the Gnarly dance by KATSEYE or whatever their band was called. Tyler was showing Ben some guitar notes despite the loud music playing, and Logan was just watching them dance from his little corner on the couch.

Thaylor had woken up, and was sitting beside me, still wrapped in a blanket. She was leaning on me, practically molded into my side. My right arm was loosely thrown over her shoulders as she scrolled on Pinterest.

"Kids! Pizza is here!" my dad shouted from the kitchen. Thay shot up, racing Ashlyn and Taylor to the kitchen like their lives depended on it. I stood and stretched my arms above my head, following them. They were already grabbing plates.

"Of course Taylor's first," Thaylor muttered loudly. Taylor rolled her eyes, and Ashlyn just giggled.

Tyler, Ben, Logan, and I all grabbed some plates, grabbing a slice of pizza each and returning to the living room. "After we eat," I started. "We should play a game."

"We need to learn the Gnarly dance though," Taylor complained playfully.

"Oh, can I also learn it?" Thaylor asked.

Tyler rolled his eyes. "You girls can have a sleepover together to learn it. The boys are here too, y'know?"

"I guess we can play a game," Ashlyn said slowly. "But what game?"

     I grinned. "Truth or Dare?"
