seungmin really didn't want to go to his appointment today. he didn't want to talk about what happened again. "innie will stay with me right..? please don't leave."

"I won't baby. I'll be right here." jeongin holds his hand as they walk into iseuls office.

"okie..." they both sit down after greeting iseul.

"so, how has your week been seungmin? did you do anything fun?" iseul asks and seungmin shrinks, shaking his head.

"I can tell some bad things happened. for now, lets just focus on the positive. did anything exciting happen?"

"well uh... pups started kicking... and and innie got me this book that he used to read to me every night. oh! haven't read it yet, need to read it. and uhm.. oh lix made me this drink thing with peanut butter in it! it was yummy. I like peanut butter."

"felix made him a smoothie." jeongin clarifies and iseul nods "that sounds nice! how does it feel now that the pups are kicking?"

"I feel a lot better. I constantly know that they're safe cause I can feel them moving and stuff. but they definitely want their dad often." seungmin giggles softly "the kick really hard when they want him to touch my stomach."

"that's a very good sign. you've been taking care of them so well! now, lets talk about everything else that happened this week. I can tell by your reaction earlier that you had a rough week. would you like to tell me about it?"

seungmin frowns but nods "well.. after I left your office I heard my dad.. I guess he did an interview? it triggered me a lot, I shut down. that led me to have 2 flashbacks later.. both involving my dad. one was when he tried to mate me and he said innie was just trying to build my trust so he could use and kill me. other was him punishing me for licking an omega. that was after I shifted with everyone."

"how did you cope with these flashbacks and hearing your dad?"

"tensing up.. like you taught me. and talking to alpha.."

"so you shifted with all of your pack. how was that for you?"

"at first... amazing. relaxing. I fell asleep actually. got woken up by the flashback. then after that flashback... I just shifted back and ran and hid." seungmin chuckles sadly "then later I started to feel... hollow. just, having so much control over my life after what happened at the village, its confusing sometimes. and hard. so innie helped me go blank and I felt a lot better after."

"that's good. how often do you feel that way?"

"maybe like a couple times a week or so..."

"well, maybe going blank every other week wouldn't be a bad idea. that's something for you to consider. but for now, tell me about the rest of your week."

"well... my pack gave me massages and stuff cuz I was getting sore. and I showed everyone the design I liked for the pups bedroom. wanted to make sure innie liked it first. then minho ordered the stuff and they began working on it the next day. I was sad that I couldn't help... but lix and I made cookies. then innie, lix, and I frosted them. they were yummy!"

"that sounds like fun! have you had cookies before?" iseul asks and seungmin shakes his head "really yummy. lix makes the best things!"

"okay, anything else that happened this week?" and seungmin frowns, nodding slowly. "I shifted again with everyone. while innie was in prerut. then my mind went to a really really dark place and I..." seungmin tears up "I ran into the bathroom, found a blade.. and was going to cut open my stomach to get rid of the babies... hyunjin stopped me and I kept trying to take off my clothes because I thought I needed to. then I slipped into omegaspace. I kept thinking I had to be used.. and I apologized to innie for shifting." jeongin wipes away the few tears that come out of his eyes and pulls him closer.
