The two 'friends' went to the kitchen to get some drink. Fred's kitchen is as big as a normal ballroom. And his ballroom is as big as a football field.
Hiccup poured a glass of drink for Astrid before she stopped him. "Oh I don't drink rutbir," she shouted loud enough for Hiccup to hear.
"What? Why?" He cringed his forehead. He placed the big rutbir bottle back onto the countertop.
"I just don't like it." Astrid shook her head, placing both of her handa on the counter which is separating them.
"How come I didn't know that?" He poured a glass of rutbir for himself as he said it.
"There's a lot of things you didn't know about me," she whispered under her breath, looking down and avoiding eye contact. She just rolled her eyes.
"What?" Hiccup paused his action. He looked at Astrid with a 'what-did-you-just-say-woman?' kind of face.
"I said I just recently hated rutbir," she said loudly, nodding at Hiccup to implify that the statement is true.
"That's what I thought." He said sarcastically as he continue to pour rutbir into his glass.
Now Astrid was annoyed. "I'm sorry, is there a problem?" She looked at Hiccup, mad.
"No, it just makes a lot of sense. You just hated rutbir recently, like you used to love it but now you hated it. It makes perfect sense right?" He drank his full glass after saying it.
"Yeah, that's exactly what happened. Why? Do you have a problem with that?" She had one hand on her hip.
"Yeah, yeah I do actually. How do you just hate something that you used to love? It's just not poss-"
"Well look at us. What happened to 'us'? This is a very, very good example. You know?" Astrid cut him off. She crossed her arms.
"Yeah well I'm not the one who caused the breakup." Hiccup pushed his glass aside.
"Are you saying I'm the one who caus-"
"Yes," Hiccup replied immediately without thinking, nodding, his eyes closed.
"I'm the one who caused the breakup? I'm not the one who asked for it!" She punched the counter.
"Well, I'm not the one who got jealous!" Hiccup yelled.
The ones around them weren't aware of this free drama show.
"Well, that's what happens in relationships. You get jealous! There's no such thing as a perfect relationship! There's no such thing as a-"
"Well I never get jealous. You're the only one who gets jealous. Like seriously, you need to calm down and mind your own business. I can take care of myself!"
"What does that have to do with anything?" Astrid snapped. Now they were talking at the same time.
"You're the one who's controlling people!" They both looked at each other straight in the eye with mad faces. Their heads were practically a few inches away. Everyone there tuned into them, shocked and interested. Mostly interested.
