Astrid walked down the hallway towards her locker as everyone whispered at each other and at the same time staring at her. Astrid knew it could be about something bad. She hid her face behind some thick biology books she was hugging, totally ignoring this. She had her hair in a side-braid, black and red striped skirt and a cute white top. A super confident-looking outfit. But she didn't feel like it.
"Astrid.." Astrid lifted her head up when she heard a soft voice called her name. She looked at the white-blonde in front of her. Elsa had her hair up in a wavy ponytail, white lace cardigan over a cool blue striped singlet, black mini skirt and baby pink flats with donut patterned socks. She even had her glasses on. Super nerdy but sexy.
"Did you know?" Elsa bend a little to be at the same level as Astrid's height. Astrid had a curious but I-didn't-want-to-know frown. "Know what?"Astrid was unsure. She actually didn't want to know but at the same time curious.
Elsa held her phone out slowly from her sling bag and tapped something on it. She was also unsure if she wanted Astrid to see it. Astrid took the phone from Elsa's hand after she was done.
The screen flashed a buffering sign with a blurry picture of a blonde and a brown haired as a background. Astrid had had her eyes still on the blue phone, carefully.
An icy feeling of worry rushed through her spine from top to bottom. It somehow seem familiar.
The loading sign dissapeared and which was one of the school's news reporter popped into the video. He was in a familiar crowded place and in a familiar noisy surrounding. "Now I'm , here live, telecasting our darling girl jock, Astrid and our dearest mathlete Hiccup, arguing," -the video was then turned to the scene where Hiccup and Astrid bickering in Fred's kitchen,-
"Are you saying I'm the one who caus-" Astrid's voice sounded rusty but still, angry can be found in it.
"Yes," Hiccup said, nodding. Their faces were blurry, voices almost like robots.
"I'm the one who caused the breakup? I'm not the one who asked for it!" She punched the counter.
"Well, I'm not the one who got jealous!" Hiccup yelled.
"Well, that's what happens in relationships. You get jealous! There's no such thing as a perfect relationship! There's no such thing as a-"
"Well I never get jealous. You're the only one who gets jealous. Like seriously, you need to calm down and mind your own business. I can take care of myself!"
"What does that have to do with anything?" Astrid snapped. They were talking at the same time.
"You're the one who's controlling people!"
Then at one part of the video Astrid boldly punched Hiccup in the face, giving him a black eye, half accidentally and half on purpose.
-the video was then cut to the part where stood at the news counter along with his partner at the other side of the table- "so will Hiccstrid make up?" - a picture of Hiccup and Astrid hugging was pasted on a big pink heart- "or will they remain as exes to one another and give chances to other people to take away eachs' hearts?" - the picture and the heart too was ripped into two.
After that Astrid shut off the phone, shove it to Elsa and ran towards... anywhere. She couldn't take it. Now everyone will remind her about this which by the way sucks. A weird feeling of sadness and anger took place in her heart. She didn't know what to feel. She just felt both.
Heather and Ruff saw this and ran towards Elsa. They knew it was a wrong turn if they catch up with Astrid because it has been always in the girl code: always give a sad/mad girl some time before approaching.
"Did you see it?" Elsa asked her two friends.
"Yeah. Yeah, we did." Heather looked at Ruff then back at Elsa. Her braid swaying smoothly.
"Why would anyone do this?" Ruff frowned, her hands playing her loose hair.
Elsa shook her head, looking up to the school TV at the corridor.
"Now I'm , here live.."
Elsa was mad at the guy. She stormed away from the spot, leaving Ruff and Heather.

"You're a big girl Astrid! Why do you even care about some stupid break up?" She slapped both of her cheeks as though she was putting some powder on.
"It's just a stupid heartbreak. You don't deserve to feel this way." She imagined herself talking to her other half.
"Then why do you feel sad?" She whispered. Her voice was broken. A lump stuck at her throat. Chest tightening. Eyes watery. The feeling to not be able to talk. But she wasn't crying.
She changed a lot. Hiccup took away her roughness. She was strong, is - she wasn't sure anymore.
She was behind the school hall, at the school's secret garden. No one really goes there. So she made it her hiding place. A place for her to escape from reality. She looked up at the sky and caught sight of two birds flying away.
She then closed her eyes, took a deep breath and held back tears. The feeling of relief took place of the sadness and anger.
"Astrid?" Astrid turned around to see Heather, Ruff and Elsa behind her. Both wearing bright outfits and cute flats.
Astrid shot them an I'm-okay-but-I'm-not-so-sure smile and looked away. The three hugged her and they stayed like that for a while.
"Are you sure?" Ruff whispered as though Astrid just said, "I'm okay."
"Yeah."
"Are you mad?" Heather held her shoulder tightly, didn't want to let go.
"Yeah." Astrid was feeling a little fine now since her friends were there for her.
"I swear I'll kill that ." Elsa looked up, curling her hand into a fist. "For you." She finnished her sentence and smiled at Astrid.
"No, don't." Astrid laughed shortly. "I'm not mad at him." She stared at the flowers in front of her.
"But he told the whole school about your break up!" Ruff had a point.
"It doesn't matter. The whole school would know it anyway. We were screaming and a lot of people were watching."
The girls didn't say anything. They stared at the flowers too. The same ones.
"I'm only mad at Hiccup."
