The Final Stone

THE SOUNDS WERE too loud for your sensitive ears, Mk's screams and the powerful wind made your mind go crazy. Not to mention that Mk was still determined to put the Jade Emperor's power under his control.

Wukong kept on calling Mk to stop him from doing anything risky and hurt himself, but the boy didn't listen. He continued to ignore Monkey King's warnings and resumed his struggles to get the fifth stone. Suddenly, Li Jing appeared probably after sensing the disturbance in the pagoda. He saw what Mk was doing and was immediately alarmed, "Back off!" Li Jing demanded and started to teleport you all out of the pagoda.

"No!" Wukong retorted, but he was too late. You all were taken to the Jade Emperor's throne room, your casual attire back. The pagoda was greatly unstable and glowing gold probably because of what Mk was doing, "Father!" Ne Zha called out his father and then the two of them look up at the cracking sky. Tang shook his head and stood up, looking around for Mk, "Where's 's Mk?" He asked with worry and the Pagoda started to raise and glow more.

"The pagda! It must be sealed!" Li Jing exclaimed while trying to seal the pagoda with the help of his son.

"What are you doing? Mk is still in there!" Pigsy shouted.

You watched as Li Jing and Ne Zha tried to seal the pagoda, but they failed. The pagoda exploded and freed both Mk and the energy core, "Mk!" Wukong exclaimed and tried to reach Mk, but the boy stopped him.

"I can do it! I can do it!" The kid stated and continued to focus on the getting the final stone. He then turned into his monkey form, using all his power to control this energy. After a lot of struggle, he managed to change the Jade Emperor's power to the fifth gold stone. Everyone stood in shock as Mk held the final stone in his hands, but he dropped down on his knees because he used a lot of energy. You didn't know how Mk knew that the Jade Emperor's power was the final stone, but at least he could repair the pillar now.

Li Jing was frustrated that Mk had messed up with the core and summoned his swords, "The Jade Emperor's power! This is impossible! All the trouble is becuse of you!" He exclaimed and started to attack Mk, sending green slashes to the boy. Mk quickly summoned his staff and used it to dodge the slashes while holding the final stone tightly. Wukong moved to protect Mk and launched at Li Jing tightened the circlet around Monkey King's head, but Wukong refused to give up and walked toward Li Jing with determination.

"Enough!"

Mk sent a energy wave at Li Jing, disabling his ability to control Wukong's circlet, "This can't be-!" The black haired man scoffed and went to attack Mk, but Ne Zha stood in front of him, "What are you doing? You have risen without permission! The guardians protecting the Jade Emperor's power's have also whitered one by one. This world is hopeless!" Li Jing expressed his concern through frustration.

"Calm down first!" Ne Zha ordered and everyone went quiet since it was the first time the Lotus Prince defies his father, "They aren't bad people." He said and turned to face you all, "He is not a bad person either!"

"He still looks like bad guy..." Mei spoke up with a deadpanned look.

"You said that the world is hopeless? But look at Mk! He is our hope!" Ne Zha stated.

"Hope? This kid will only bring chaos and destruction to the world!" Li Jing insisted on his statement, refusing to give help to his enemies. Tang raised an eyebrow, "Uh.. Friendly reminder, the cracks appeared BEFORE we got the five-colored stones." He reminded him as a matter of fact.

"The Jade Emperor's power is not as strong as before." The Lotus Prince added.

"Someone is plotting behind everyone' 's back." You finally spoke up, crossing your arms over your chest.

"Father, I have always obeyed your instructions. I have faith in your judgment, but this time you have to trust ME."

Li Jing seemed to be hesitant for a moment, obviously torn between his duty and the need of assistance. With a defeated sigh, Li Jing lowered his head, "I know you want to get everything back to normal and you've endured a lot for this mission, but can really fix everything. I can." Mk tried his best to assure the man to get him to agree to help with the fixing the Pillar of Heaven. Eventually, Li Jing agreed to help.

"So... we are in the same side, right? Okay, what's the next step?" Pigsy questioned with puzzlement.

"You have all of the five- coloee stones, right?" Ne Zha asked.

Wukong smirked with pride, "Yes, but we want to make sure the stones don't fall into... the wrong hands." As Monkey King said that, he realized that they didn't actually think further ahead after getting the stones which actually made you facepalm mentally. Li Jing seemed to catch on and squinted his eyes, "No idea of the next step?" As he asked this, Mk stepped forward.

"Not yet, but know where to go."

"What will we do when we get here?" Li Jing asked again.

"In addition to the Jade Emperor's fifth-colored stone, these are given by the guardians. They also told me what to do. Our only option was to turn back! Return to the Nuwa's Temple in Chiyan Mountain, where everything can be repaired."

"Kid/Mk we..." Both Pigsy and Wukong spoke up together, but Mk cut them off.

"We don't have time to discuss! Let's go, now!"

With that being said, Mk summoned powerful flames that took you to Nuwa's Temple in order to fix the Pillar of Heaven there and save the world. For some reason, you felt something bad about to happen and both Wukong and Mk knew about this, but they didn't tell you all about it. You just hoped that only the stones needed to fix the pillar.
