I don't know what makes me more nauseous the fact that I'm about to make my debut in the national tour of a Broadway musical, or the fact I will be spending the next eleven hours on a bus full of rowdy teenaged boys.

I'm still in a good mood from yesterday, well actually a great mood. I spent pretty much the entire day with Sky and even watched the show from the audience with him. It was sad to watch though because Stephanie would get choked up from time to time and she was on the verge of tears during the curtain call.

Then, again if I was leaving the tour practically as soon as it started I'd get choked up too.

It's five a.m. and all I want to do at the moment is sleep, but I can't because we have to leave in an hour. I'm still lying in bed when there's a knock on the door, which I ignore and continue to lie down. I feel myself drifting back asleep but then my phone starts to vibrate on the night stand and scares the crap out of me.

"Hello," I groggily say when I answer the call.

"Did you just wake up?" I hear Josh laugh on the other end of the line.

"Maybe," I say still struggling to keep my eyes open.

"Well, sleeping beauty I'm outside your room, could you open the door?" He asks.

"I guess," I groan and stand up.

I hang up the phone and put it back on the night stand. I rub my eyes and walk over to the door and open it to see Josh all smiley.

"How can you be smiling at five a.m.?" I groan while leaning on the door for support.

"Because I don't wait until three a.m. to go to sleep," he laughs.

"In my defense," I start. "I have been trained in the art of stay up late so that way you have so many bags under your eyes that people will stay away," I say.

"I don't think that's an art form."

"Well, it is now, deal with it," I say. "Now, what do you want?" I ask.

"I want to talk to you about something," he says.

"Well, come in," I say. "Just let me change before we talk," I add.

"Well, I'm actually kind of hungry, so maybe we could talk downstairs over breakfast," he suggests.

"Fine, just give me a minute to change," I walk over to my suitcase and pull out some legging and a half-zip sweatshirt from Pink.

I quickly change and throw on some black Uggs, never in my life have I felt so basic.

"Not to be rude," Josh says. "But how can you afford Uggs?"

"When you're on food stamps people tend to give you really nice birthday gifts," I say while putting my hair in a ponytail.

"Do you have a lot of friends back in Chicago?" He asks.

"I mean I have like five friends," I shrug. "But now one of them is mad at me so I have four."

"You keep count?" He raises an eyebrow.

"When you can count your friends on one hand it isn't hard," I laugh. "Though sometimes I feel like a charity case," I shrug. "I mean at least one of them wants me to spend the night at their house every weekend."
