I'm sorry but I didn't edit this I was just so eager to publish it. Also I'm pretty sure I'll be able to go up to twenty-five chapters and possibly more.

I wake up to the sound of my alarm going off after the twentieth time that I hit snooze. For the first time in weeks Sky isn't here when I wake up. I get up and walk over to the mirror, I'm still wearing my dress and cardigan from last night, my eyes are red and puffy from crying, my cheeks are a darker pink than my dress is, and last night's makeup is smeared across my face.

Unfortunately today is our first show after our two days off and I feel like crap.

I take off my cardigan and walk into thee bathroom. I wash my face and try to make it look like I haven't been up all night crying. Though the bags under my eyes really give it away. I put on some concealer to try to cover up but it doesn't work too well.

I change into some black leggings and a white tank top, I brush my hair and put it up in a ponytail. I put my gray cardigan back on and some Uggs. I guess I should probably eat something. Walking out the door, I grab my phone, some cash, and a room key. The hotel's breakfast already ended so I guess I'll have to go across the street to get something.

When I'm walking down the hallway I hear someone call my name and I turn around to see Dan walking towards me. Thankfully he looks happier than yesterday, oh how the roles have reversed.

"I heard about what happened, are you okay?" He asks while giving me a hug.

"I will be," I shrug. "I mean better now than a year from now."

"There are plenty of fish in the sea, you'll find someone better than Sky," he says. "Who knows maybe you already have," he adds while stuffing his hands in his pockets.

"Maybe..."

I think about Josh. Josh is probably the sweetest person I know. Maybe I should've given him a second chance when he asked for it. Then I remember the watch and I frown. I still can't believe he did that.

"Well," I start brushing away my thoughts, "I'm going to go get coffee and something to eat across the street. Do you want to come with?"

"Sure," he smiles. "So, do you want to talk about it or?" He asks as we make our way to the elevators.

I think about it for a second. "Actually, yeah," I breathe out a laugh. "But first coffee," I say causing us both to laugh.

We walk across the street to Starbucks, it surprisingly empty. Though it is the middle of the week and everyone should be at school or work by now. Dan orders for me, I'm impressed he know my order if I'm being completely honest. We take a sit on some of the couches and wait for our drinks to be ready.

"So, what happened?" He asks. "All I was told was that you and Sky aren't together anymore."

I can tell he's trying really hard to be coy, but I know he wants to know absolutely everything. Every detail of last night, of the breakup, the exact words that were said. In all honesty I have no idea why he wants to know so much, maybe he just wants to help me out. I'll have to remember to thank him for wanting to be a good friend and help me out later.

"Well, last night," I don't know how much I should say. Should I talk about Jessica and Josh? Or should I just say that we just didn't have the connection we thought we had? In a way that is kind of true. "Sky and I went to dinner," quick decide what you are going to say. "And Josh was at the restaurant too," I guess we are going for the whole truth, "with my best friend who's mad at me, at the moment."
