"I hope you know you absolutely suck," I say to Josh while finishing up getting ready for the show. "I can't believe you made me do that, she probably hates me now," I shake my head.
"You promised me you'd do it," he shrugs.
"That was before I even knew her," I argue. "I'm just going to explain that I already knew and that I don't care about it, I feel terrible," I say while walking towards the door.
"You are not going to tell her you already knew," he stops me. "Or I'll tell her what you're hiding," he crosses his arms. "You wouldn't want that? Would you?" He smirks.
"I only did that because you're a psycho and told me too," I clench my fists. "And for the record I'm not going through with the rest of your plan," I say.
"Wait, are you saying you actually want to date her?" He asks dumbfounded.
"Guess your plan backfired," I smirk then walk out of the room.
While walking down the hall I pass by Rachel's dressing room. I stop in front of her door and debate on whether or not I should talk to her. I should tell her now, or is it too soon? Well, I don't want her to be upset during the show, then again she may also be really mad if I tell her.
Rachel opens the door and her eyes go wide when she sees me.
"Oh, hey," she quietly says, she looks like she's been crying. Which makes me feel even worse.
"Can we talk?" I ask while putting my hands in my pockets.
"Sure," she mumbles then walks back into her dressing room.
I follow her into the room and close the door behind me. She sits down and I sit next to her.
"Listen I'm not mad about the whole Josh thing," I start, I'm not going to tell her that I've actually known the entire time.
"You aren't?" She asks, sounding relieved.
"No, I mean that happened a long time ago, and I believe that if you think I have nothing to worry about then I truly don't have anything to worry about," I say giving her a small smile. "I trust you," I say taking her hand.
She smiles at me. "Thank god," she lightly laughs. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you about it though," she says.
"It's fine, I mean who truly wants to talk about there past," I shrug.
"Yeah," she sighs. "Well, I have to finish getting ready."
"Yeah, I have to go get warmed up," I say while standing up. "I'll see you before the show," I say while leaning down and give her a quick kiss. "I love you," I smile.
"I love you too," she smiles.
I walk out of her dressing room and over to the stairway that leads up to the stage. The show starts in about forty minutes so I'm already a bit behind my usual warm-up. I get up to the stage and I walk on behind one of the towers. The towers are already up towards the front of the stage and I can see the audience is starting to fill in the theatre through the screens.
"This is still so cool," Chaz says walking up to me. "Especially after over two years of auditioning for this show," he laughs.
"Looks like it all paid off," I chuckle.
"Can you believe that we are going to get to perform this amazing show for another year and a half," he says eyes lighting up.
"It's all still sinking in," I say. "I better start warming up," I say.
