Hello everyone. I know what you might be thinking.

"Omg an update-"

NO.

I find myself unable to continue this one any further. Now before I get shouted at — LET ME CONTINUE.

The story ISN'T discontinued.

I am doing a rewrite in celebration of the new Wednesday season.

I wrote this when I was 15 years old and find myself cringing at everything I wrote.

I am now 18 years old, and I have (mostly) recovered from my injuries from the van incident. (Fuck you van)

Some of you may still enjoy this story, and I respect that. But every aspect I find of Maria, Wednesday and Enid's relationship now seems so... underdeveloped, dry and emotionally distant. I had no experience of writing a poly relationship or just a decent book in general.

(I read some polytrix fics and realised I've been writing poly relationships wrong)

Now with a better understanding of relationships in general, the behaviour of the characters in the show and just a general better writing style and less shitty humour, I want to rewrite this story.

While I find this story cringy now, I want to revive it once more but with better writing, development and more.

The updates though, I cannot promise will be like a scheduled thing. I am a full time college student and I also have (technically) 2 jobs. I am busy.

It won't be like when I first started when I skipped whole days of school just to write 5 chapters in one day (I don't know how I did that. Maybe cause I kept breaking my bones.)

Looking back on the book, now that season 2 has come out. I come to the realisation some things will have to change.

For example stuff like Weem's being a spirit guide. She has to be dead for that to happen, unfortunately.

Or how Enid isn't able to wolf out the whole season until we find out she's an alpha

Lowkey feel like the writers stole the season 2 plot from the top 5 most kudos'd wenclair fics and mashed them together, and then took out the wenclair and tried to force the Wyler agenda instead.

And for some reason Billie Piper is there.

Not that I'm complaining of course.

Getting off track.

Yes, this is the official announcement of the "Rebellious" rewrite. It is currently in the works and more updates will be on my page about it.

I'm still deciding whether to just make the rewrite in a whole new book, so we can keep the old comments and memories of this one and I can use some of it as a guideline for what I want in the new one, or just to change all the chapters in this one which results in keeping the amount of reads but losing all the memories on how this book came to be in the first place.

Maybe we can vote on it.
