"Evan honey I love you but I can't sit through another spill about his chick flicks. I'll meet you at the car." I kiss Evan's head and leave him to deal with the disaster that is Steven. I know I just totally left Evan without a paddle but if I have to sit threw another long as story about how Steven dreams of being a bride's maid, I might actually kill him. With. No. Regrets. Unfortunately, I do see the other two as family so I couldn't do that to them.

It's another beautiful day in Seattle and I am truly glad to be home so I can start planning to give Evan the most amazing wedding. I made my down the stairs where Stoff was already waiting by the SUV. Father Criss makes his way to his private car and waves us off. "I'll see you boys back at the house, I have some things to take care. We both give him a wave as he pulls away.

"I can't believe you are actually getting married." Stoff nudges my arm.

"Honestly, neither can I. I never thought I would ever find someone that just accepts not only my crazy ass life but is also willing to try merge his life with mine. It's honestly more than I could ever ask for."

"You sound totally whipped." We both chuckle softly as I look back toward the plane. Hopefully Evan hasn't killed that crazy asshole in my plane. Blood is so hard to get out of leather seats. "Speaking of being whipped, I think Evan can probably take you now, so you better now hurt him."

"I wouldn't even dream of it." To be fair, I do believe Evan could give me a run for my money. He has start exercising daily and his body has really gotten defined. I never knew I had a muscle kink. The sound of Evan and Steven bickering pulls my attention back to the plane, it warms my heart knowing there is one other person in this family that could help me hide his body if things ever go left.

The way things can change in the blink of an eye, is a strange thing. One minute I'm watching the love of my life make his way to me and the next, he and Steven are falling down the stairs. What I didn't expect was Steven blocking Evan's body as the second shot rang out. In seconds my world crumbled.

I ran to Evan, checking everywhere trying to spot the shooter. Dropping to my knees I pull Evan off of Steven and start checking for wounds. Blood seeps through his white t-shirt as his eyes start to close. His lips are moving but no words are coming out. I start CPR as I am screaming for help.

"Somebody get an ambulance here now!" The other two Stevens are by their brother's side, also doing CPR. I look up at Stoff, feeling so helpless.

"Ambulance is three minutes out, don't worry their coming." I look back at Evan as I try to put pressure on his wounds. I'm covered in this blood, and he looks so pale.

"You can't leave me; I just got you. There's no way you can leave me." I say a silent prayer as the ambulances finally pull up. I swear on my life I will find whoever is behind this and they are going to pay tenfold for the pain they have caused my wife.

"Family of Evan McIntosh." The doctor comes from the surgery room doors. I stand immediately, knocking over the chair as I stand.

"How is he? Is he alive? Please tell me he's ok."

"Mr. McIntosh suffered two gunshot wounds to his chest. One of his left side, two centimeters from his heart. We have him in a medically induced coma for now, he isn't out of danger yet. If he can make it through these next twenty-four hours, then his chance of surviving will be increase."

I feel like the air has been knocked out of my body. Close to his heart? My Evan has to pull through.

"Can I see him?"
