Pietro:
Pietro will fiddle with your hands and fingers, bringing your hands up and kissing them until you wake up.
Bucky:
Bucky will whisper "Wake up, Y/N." and kiss you, which usually gets you up.
Loki:
He'll poke your nose lightly, and if that doesn't work, then he'll start kissing you.
Bruce:
He usually just wait until you wake up on your own, being the sweetheart he is.
Steve:
He'll cuddle into your side, nuzzling his face into your neck and kiss it.
Tony:
He'll start to play AC/DC loudly. It gets annoying at times, but he always showers you in kisses once you're finished yelling at him.
Thor:
He'll pick you up, bring you to the couch, and once you wake up, he already has breakfast made for the both of you.
Clint:
Usually the sound of him taking a shower wakes you up, and sometimes you'll join him... ;)
Wanda:
She likes to watch you sleep, so she'll make sure you're having pleasant dreams.
Peter:
He kisses all over your face until your eyes flutter open.
