The movie opens with the title against the morning sky, and a reindeer flies into it, causing an explosion of pink magical dust, and snow begins to fall. The reindeer flies away, and the screen pans downward to reveal Santa's village, at the North Pole. Outside a factory shaped like a candy cane, there are a bunch of elves, who were known for having brightly colored skin, hair, and eyes with long, gerbil tails. One in particular, a pearly white skinned elf with silver hair, steps up to the door with a large cup, and the door opens.
"Merry Christmas!"
She is greeted by a lavender colored yeti as she walks inside.
"Snowy, hey! How was your weekend?" The yeti asked.
"Not as good as it is to be back here at work! Jingle bells, I hate leaving this place!" Snowy answered.
The camera pans out to reveal the inside of the factory, which has elves busy preparing for Christmas. A marigold elf with orange hair is working at a hot chocolate stall. She places another cup on the counter.
"Here's a fresh cocoa, Snowy." the elf with orange hair said.
Snowy takes it in exchange for the empty one.
"Thank you. Merry Christmas!" Snowy said.
Snowy makes her way through the factory, a purple skinned elf is manning a conveyor belt, sprinkling Christmas magic on toy ducks to add bows on them. She runs out just as Snowy approaches.
"More Christmas magic on station 2, please!" A blue skinned elf said as she refilled the station with magic. "Oh, hey, Snowy! Merry Christmas!"
"Merry Christmas!" Snowy said in a sing-song voice.
She passes by a vault of Santa's suits, the latest of which is guarded by a pair of yetis in police hats. The first one is a pale blue, and the other has cream fur.
"Halt! Who goes there?" the yeti with cream fur shouted.
"Oh, Snowy, it's you!" The pale blue furred yeti said with a smile.
"Good morning, boys! Just take a look at that beautiful suit before it goes into service." Keep up the good work." Snowy said as she saluted and left.
"Friend of yours?" The blue yeti asked.
"Are you kidding me? You don't know the inventor of T.I.N.N.S.L.?" The cream yeti gasped in shock.
"The Technically Integrated Naughty/Nice Santa List? That Snowy?" She said.
Her coworker nodded as she let out a sigh.
"I should get out of the vault more often," he said.
"And did you know she is really good friends with the famous Rosita of Harmonia Falls?" the cream yeti said.
"No way!" she exclaimed.
"Way!" he exclaimed.
The other guard narrows his eyes in disbelief. Meanwhile, Snowy continues to make her way through the factory.
"Everything's running smoothly as usual. Nothing strange, nothing odd." Snowy said.
Suddenly her GingerPad rings its "Jingle Bells" ringtone.
"ERROR." The GingerPad said.
"Strange." Snowy murmured.
She takes out her GingerPad and finds there's a system error.
"ERROR." The GingerPad said.
"That's odd. Error?" Snowy murmured.
"ERROR." The GingerPad said.
