The Buddy System

Poppy and Rose were watching a baking show on TV while eating popcorn and Rose was filing her nails.

"Well, it's the moment you've all been waiting for. Which baker will take the cake and the trophy on Operation Dessert Storm?" Will Joan's rockin' soufflé rise to the occasion? Or will Slim Stuck 'Em's western puffs cream the competition?" The Host said.

Joan snarls viciously, forcing the host to back away.

"The judges have voted, and the champion is-" The Host said.

Muffin suddenly comes in and pauses the show.

"Ugh! Touille's been driving me crazy! He really knows how to stink up the place! And look what he did to my dolly!" Muffin said.

Muffin shows her doll's head shaved.

"Mama..." The doll said creepily.

"Why would he do that?" Poppy asked.

Enter Touille wearing the doll's hair in his armpits.

"Whoo-hoo! I got pit hair!" Touille cheered.

Muffin screams, tears her doll's head off.

"I'LL KILL YOU!!!" Muffin screamed.

Muffin chases Touille but Rose, who had her limits, threw a boot at them and it chased them out of Poppy's mansion so Poppy resumed her show and Rose shifted to her zen time. The show pauses again, this time from Simon Smoke.

"Ugh Lila is such a crybaby, she is crying over a stupid bug that I stepped on!" Simon Smoke growled.

"Was it an accident or on purpose?" Poppy asked.

"Psh, it was an accident," Simon Smoke said, rolling his eyes.

"Lies lies, you did it on purpose, I saw you!" Rabie Baby called out offscreen.

"Rabie shut up!" Simon Smoke shouted.

Simon Smoke flew out of Poppy's mansion as Poppy resumed watching her show and Rose tried yoga to calm herself down. It pauses yet again by Rabie Baby much to Poppy and Rose's chagrin.

"Let me guess you had an issue with Honey?" Rose asked, annoyed.

"No, that nerdy beagle and I get along fine, Say I had seen this episode before," Rabie Baby said.

"You have?" Poppy asked.

"Yeah, isn't it awesome that Joan won? I never knew someone like her is good at baking," Rabie Baby said.

"Hey, no spoilers and get out!" Rose shouted out of rage as she grabbed Rabie Baby and brutally kicked her out with a karate kick. The next day they were seen talking to Branch.

"We need to do something and fast!" Rose said like a drill sergeant.

"Have you been getting complaints about the Smiling Dogs and the Nightmare Critters squabbling?" Branch asked.

"Yes! They are driving me crazy! Plus Rabie Baby just spoiled an episode of Operation Dessert Storm!" Poppy shouted.

"I know it because I'm with you but if this happens again, I'll place a restraining order on them from our houses," Rose growled.

"That's rough, But you two are not the only ones, I and everybody else have been getting complaints from the Smiling Dogs and the Nightmare Critters as well," Branch said.

"They have?" Poppy asked.

"Pretty much, Bluey complained to grandma how she and Bingo were late to school because Allister Gator was sleeping in and Chilli had to drag him out of the house and into their car," Rose said.
