The screen opened with fireworks going off.

"Wow, it's so pretty!" Hina said brightly. Her and Takemichi were standing on a roof, watching the fireworks. The two moved to sit. Hina rested her head on Takemichi's shoulder. "We also watched fireworks when you came over the first time." She said softly. "Do you remember?"

"Of course I remember." Takemichi replied. "I wanted to hold your hand then...but mistakenly grabbed Naoto's."

"Hina chuckled. "He he. What was up with that?"

"...I..." Takemichi took a breath. "...Have worked hard because I wanted to protect you." He thought about all his friends. "Seeing how frantically I was trying to do that...a lot of people supported me and became my allies. There were more and more people who I wanted to protect...and my hands couldn't reach them all." Takemichi's eyes sparkled as he stood, staring at the fireworks. "But...Mikey-kun protected all of the things I wanted to protect. That's why...I can't stand that only Mikey-kun is miserable." He smiled down at Hina. "On the day of the Musashi Festival when I gave up...you told me this, remember?" The screen changed to show Hina kneeling over Takemichi's body. "You're not Draken-kun.' 'You're not Mikey-kun. either.' 'You're you...Takemichi-kun.'" Takemichi nodded.

Hina looked at him before blushing and looking away. "Did I say that?"

"You kept your promise to protect them." Hina smiled at Mikey. Mikey didn't know what to say as Hina smiled at him.

"It's nice seeing his eyes sparkle again." Was the only thing Mikey could come up with.

"It's not a perfect future is Mikey isn't there." Draken pointed out. "Even if we were all happy, it wasn't perfect."

"That's why I don't really blame Takemichi for coming back." Chifuyu said. "Mikey having a good future is just as important as all of us having one."

"I don't care if it's shameful." Takemichi smiled as he looked down at his scared hand as he remembered the fight with Kiyomasa. "...I am...Takemichi Hanagaki." He raised his voice. "I'LL REPLY ON OTHERES...GET THEM INVOLVED...AND SAVE MIKEY-KUN WITH MY FRIENDS!!" He smirked as he continued to look at the fireworks. "This is what I've decided, Hina. This time...I'm making my own gang!!" He raised his voice and shouted. "THE BEST GANG!!!"

"After just saying he was going to do this alone?" Koko laughed.

"Told you." Pah smiled.

"I wonder what kind of gang he'll create." Senju watched the screen. "Who's gonna be in it?"

"Definitely Chifuyu." Draken said. "It's always Chifuyu."

"We're partners." Chifuyu smiled.

The screen changed to show Takemichi flexing his fingers. A keycard popped up. 'One month later.'
