Rileys pov
"Riley, Daniel, can you two please go get me the costumes from the costume closet?" Miss Kate asks us when we are taking a break from rehearsal.
"Sure." Daniel says. I nod, get up and follow him to the music room.
We go inside. I stand on an old trunk, grab two boxes and give him the same amount. I'm almost down when my foot slips. I almost fall off the old trunk,,when Daniel drops the boxes and catches me, bridal style. Before I can say or do anything, we are kissing. I dont know what to do. I cant pull away; he's carrying me. But what about James?
James pov
"Hey James, I sent Riley and Daniel to the costume closet earlier and they're not back yet. Could you please go check on them? They couldve gotten locked in." Miss Kate says. "I really need to get that stupid door fixed!"
"Alright." I say, chuckling slightly. I shake my head and walk over to the music room.
But the door is half open, I wonder what took them so long. Unfortunately, I soon find out. I see Daniel and Riley kissing. Daniel was carrying her bridal style. When I saw her pull away, I ran out.
How could she do this to me? Why would she do this to me? I really am trying my hardest not to be a player. She's special to me. I thought we had something. But I guess we don't. For her to just throw this away, its really heart breaking. She's the only girl I really did love.
I need advice. I go to my boys, Eldon and West. I explain what happend and beg for advice.
"Give her a chance to explain herself, bro." West says.
"You might have seen something wrong, man." Eldon agrees "West is right, just ask her, dude."
I think about what they're saying, and I get it. They're right. I really should let Riley explain. I nod.
"Thanks guys." I see Riley and daniel walk in. They hand the boxes to Miss Kate. Nervously, I walk up to her.
"Hey, Ri." I say casually.
"Oh, hi!" She says. Shes jumpy. And her voice is obviously hiding something. It's evident that something is wrong.
"Meet me at Squeezed later?" I ask. She hesitates a little, and then agrees.
"Okay, yeah sure." She replies and I walk away.
