James pov
Ri and I are in the elevator, going down to breakfast. I'm still stunned that she's pregnant. Then a thought comes to my mind. I try to push it away but I can't. Riley's pregnant, but the only time we did it fully, I had a condom. I was worried now.
"Hey Ri?" I say, worry in my voice.
"Yeah babe. What's wrong?" She asks. I can see she's worried.
"Well, your pregnant..," She looks SUPER worried now. "But we used a condom when we 'did it.'"
"Oh, baby." She laughed. "Well, I sorta found out later that the condom was expired."

"Oh. Sorry I doubted you, babe." She pecked me on the lips and smiled. "When are we going to tell A Troupe."
Her smiles turned into a frown. But she nodded. I have her a side hug.
"Whenever you're ready." I whisper. She smiles weakly.
Riley pov
We reach the resturant. James holds the door open for me. I smile. He's so cliche.
We find A troupe sitting at one table. We go and join them. James puts a protective arm around me. I'm sitting next to Michelle and James' next to Eldon. Facing me is Chloe and she's in between West and Emily. Next to west is Daniel, Stephanie and Tiff. Kate and Margie are at the sides.
K: Jiley, what do you want?
I whisper to James : I want an omlette, but one is too big. You choose whatever.
J: Ok we'll share one omlette. Extra mushrooms. And if we could have an apple that would be awesome.
I smile, knowing he hates mushrooms, but I love them. I give him a peck on the lips.
"What was that for?" He whispers in my ear.
"Can't I randomly just kiss my boyfriend?" I say. He gives me a peck back.
James pov
Everybody is just finishing up their food. I'm already done, so is Riley. I didn't eat too much though, I hate mushrooms. I only ordered them for her. I look at her and she's talking to Chloe.
J: Umm, Chloe? Can you just give us a sec?
C: Yeah, sure. I guess.
I smile. Riley turns to me.
"Babe?" I whisper. I'm actually sorta nervous. "Do you think we should tell them now?"
She looks confused. I look down at her barely noticable stomach.
"Ohh. Umm, I'm not sure." She whispers. "Do you think we should?"
"Yeah, Ri. They deserve to know." I reply. She chews her bottom lip, I can tell she's nervous. "Don't worry about it princess, I'll be right here."
She looks at me and nods.
R: Um guys... we.. we kinda..
Nobody is listening. Emily notices Riley struggling.
Em: Hey guys? Riley has something to say.
The table is suddenly quiet. Emily must have magical powers.
R: Well, actually James and I have something to announce.
J: Me and Riley are ... expecting!!!
Everone is stunned. Emily's face is priceless. I can see worry in Rileys eyes though. I'm so glad when Eldon breaks the silence.
El: Wow, congrats man!
J: Thanks, bro!
K: Riley!! James!! I'm happy for you. You're so lucky nationals is in 11 months.
R: I know. Thanks Kate, so you're not mad?
K: No, I'm slightly.. disappointed but it's your life.
I could see how glad Riley was. I mouthed 'thank you.'
Em: Riley!! How? When?
R: Few days ago. We found out this morning.
W: Wow, I wonder what your baby will look like. A Jiley baby.
J: Um Thanks?
Em: Did you tell mom and dad? Ri, why make me an aunt at 17?!
I see Riley looking super worried. I try to lighten the mood.
J: Actually, when the baby is born, you'll be 18. And Ri will be 17.
Riley glares at me. I pull her into a hug.
"I'll always be here for you, baby no matter what." I whisper. We stay like that for about ten minutes.
C: Congratulations guys!
T: Did you have a doctor's appointment?
R: No, not yet.
Mi: I'm so happy for you!
D: *mutters* You'll make an awesome family.
Riley smiles weakly.
R: Thank you!
Em: Riley, can we talk? In private.
She pulls Riley from the table.
K: We'll meet you outside. James, you get Riley's stuff and Eldon you get Emily's.
I nod. I kiss Riley on the cheek then Emily drags her to a corner.
Riley pov
Emily drags me away.
"Ri!" She says. "Care to explain?"
I didn't know what to say.
"Umm. Well it wasn't planned. But me and James want to keep it. I mean I can't just get rid of it." I mumble the last part.
She looked at my bump and felt it. "Think about it Riley, right now there isn't a baby in you there is a couple of cells. You wouldn't be killing the baby." She mutters the last part.
"How dare you ?!?!" I yell. "You should be happy and supportive, instead you want me to kill my own child!!"
"I didn't say that. Calm down."
"Don't even dare to tell me to calm down! You said it and you know it! Don't - dont even talk to me anymore!" I walk away. Tears streaming down my face. I can't believe she said that. She's my sister, well at least she was. Before all of this shit. I run to the girls bathroom. I don't even know what to do anymore. I decide to text James.
James. Where are you?
I'm waiting for you outside babe. What's wrong?
She wants me to kill the baby. But I won't do it James I won't kill your baby!
Calm down, beautiful. I'll be right there where are you?
The bathroom.
Oh. I can't really go in there Riley. Can you just meet me outside the bathroom?
Ok. I'll be waiting. Xx
I go outside and find James. With some flowers. I run into his arms and start sobbing.
"I won't do it, James! I won't do it!!" I sob into his shirt.
"You won't be doing anything you don't want to do. I promise." He hugs me tightly. I feel safe in his arms, like I never want to let go.
