James pov
We're going to go down to the pool after getting dressed. Riley was in a sundress (she wouldn't let me see her bikini) and I'm wearing my swimming shorts, shirtless. Just to tease Riley a bit because I know she likes my abs.
"Let's go babe." I say.
"A-aren't you gonna put on a sh-shirt?" She manages to get out.
"Nope. I'm fine Ri. let's go." I say.
"Oh-oh ok let's g-go."
And we step out of the room and walk across the hallway. While were walking she side-hugs me. She's being kind of clingy, but I like it.
"Hey Ri?" I say.
"Yeah?" She says looking up at me.
"Listen, not that I don't love this, but why are you being kind of.. clingy?"
"Oh, well.." she lets go but we are still holding hands. She sighs. "Honestly James, you sorta have this six-pack and I want the other girls to know you're taken."
"Oh Riley, stubborn stubborn Riley." I chuckle. "I only have eyes for you, beautiful."
She kisses me on the cheek as we go down the elevator.
Rileys pov
We arrived at the pool and met the cast. I took my bikini off, just to see all the boys staring at me. Especially James. I was wearing a strapless black bikini.
"Stop staring!" I say.
"Oh, sorry." Eldon says.
I go off to the girls.
"Dude, she's hot." I hear west say.
"Hands off. She's mine." James says whacking his arm. I smile.
"Haha what's up Ri?" Michelle asks as she sees me staring at the boys direction.
"Oh nothing. James is just the best boyfriend ever." I laugh.
Me and the girls just tan for the next 30 minutes while the boys are.splashing in the pool. Soon enough, one by one the girls go to swim too, until I'm left alone on my tanning bed. I'm just drifting off to sleep when I feel big strong wet hands pick me up. I open my eyes and find James. He kisses my forehead.
"C'mon babe. Let's swim." James says. I glance at the pool quickly and shake my head.
"The water is too deep. I might drown." I say. He puts me down.
"Not when I'm here Ri." He says.
"Ok, let's go." I give in because of his warm chocolate brown eyes. He jumps in the water making a big splash. I go down the stairs slowly, shoving at every step. He gets out to help me. I'm at the second step when James just pushes me in.
I choke on the water. And the ground is too deep for me. I start to go under when James jumps in.
James pov
I push Riley into the pool playfully but instantly regret it when she starts drowning. There was no time to think. I jumped in and saved her. I lift her up to the edge of the pool. She's not crying or anything, in fact she's laughing.
"Gotcha!" She yells laughing.
"Ri! That was not funny."
"It totally was, you should be seen your face!"
"Don't ever do that to me again!" I say.
"And whys that." She says while she draws random shapes on my chest. I put my finger under her chin and lift her head up.
