Chapter 1:

*2 years earlier*

"Hazel!" Oscar screamed, I ran to our room to see him on my MacBook.
"Oh my god, what's the matter?" I asked him,
"Dan and Phil have written a book!" I gasp, we both stood there screaming the orphanage down.

I loved Oscar, he's like a brother to me we've known each other forever.
We were both 15, but I was 6 months older (just saying).
"When's their book coming out?" I asked him in a matter of urgently,
"October, should I pre-order two?" he asked me, I looked at him like 'Do you really have to ask me?'
Once he'd ordered the books he walked up to the Dan and Phil poster on our wall and placed his finger over Dan's mouth,
"Hush my child, daddy's here," he whispered, not to quote Mean Girl's or anything but he was literally to gay to fusion.
"Stop that Phil will get jealous!" I told him; we both burst out laughing and laid on our beds.

"Hazel," he gulped, "there's something I have to tell you," he said grabbing my hand.
This must be important, he hadn't held my hand like that since he came out to me.
"Yeah," I said stuttering,
"Look Ms. Mulligan called me to her office today... and told me a couple was looking to adopted me, I've been adopted."

My heart sank.

How will I cope without him? What am I going to do? What if he moves far away without Wi-Fi so we can't Skype or text? What if I never see him again?

"When you leaving?" I asked him, tearing rolling down my cheek.
"They're picking me up Monday" he replied, balling his eyes out. He grabbed me giving me a massive hug, I grabbed onto him never wanting to let go.
"At least we have 3 days left together, we could do some amazing things together in that time," he said, just making me grab onto him tighter. He always looked at the brightside of things. That's why I loved him.
