Chapter 69:

"What do you mean Hazel?" Dan asked, I handed him the letter. He read through it. Silence. "What should I do Dan?" I asked, wiping my eyes. "You've got to go," he said. "But-" he cuts me off. "Hazel, you've got to go to uni," he said. "True, but what if I don't like it?" I ask, Dan smiled, "Then you leave." "Let's go tell Phil the good news," he smiled, dragging me to the living room. "Hey Hazel," Phil smiled as we entered. "Tell him the good news Hazel," Dan smiled. Phil laughed, "What good news?" "I got in university," I said. Phil smiled, "Really?" I nodded, "Oh my god. I'm so proud of you," he said, giving me a hug. "What you studying?" Phil asked. "English, Media and Music," I smiled. "Woo, taking in my footsteps with English and Media. Where you going?" he laughed. "University of York," I chuckled. Dan and Phil gave me a hug, "I'm so proud of you," they said. "When are you leaving?" Dan asked, "February," I mumbled. "We've got ages yet," Phil smiled. "Wow, everything's happening. You've got into uni and in less than a week I will marrying the love of my life," Dan smiled. Phil kissed him and smiled.

*4 days later*
{2 days till wedding}
Everything was mayhem in the Lester-Howell household. Phil was freaking out about the wedding. And I don't blame him, it's really stressful. They both struggled to find a Priest to marry them as they were a same-sex couple and people refused. I mean come on people it was 2016! But Peej had recently got ordained so he could legally marry them. Chris and Peej were their best men anyway, so I'm excited for the best man speech. Quite a lot of youtubers were invited too; like Louise, Tyler Oakley who was bringing Troye Sivan as his date, Felix and Mariza, Connor Franta, Carrie Fletcher, even Ian and Anthony from Smosh were invited. I'd better tell Oscar and Sam that youtubers will be there and don't fangirl. Speaking of which Oscar could come, and he was bringing a date.
Phil invited only Martyn and his mum to the wedding out of his family. He didn't even know if his dad knew about him getting engaged. To be honest, Phil is the happiest I've ever seen him. The same for Dan, he's the happiest too.
Phil had planned to say with Peej, in the hotel he was staying at, the night before the wedding. Dan said it was because Phil was superstitious so he didn't want them to see each other until the wedding day.
Sam still hadn't come back from her grans. She told me she was coming back the day before the wedding though, so it was all good. At that point I still hadn't told her about me getting into uni. I might tell her at the wedding. Would she be mad? Sad? Proud of me? I didn't know.

I slowly woke up, I checked my phone. It was 11:35. The wedding was tomorrow. I smiled and got dressed in black jeans, my Tokyo Ghoul t-shirt and my attack on titans hoodie. Yep, I was officially anime trash. I headed for the living room. Dan was playing Mario Kart on the sofa whilst Phil was doing some paperwork on the table. "Morning guys," I smiled as I sat next to Dan. "Morning Hazel," Phil smiled. "Dan can't talk at the moment he's in the middle of an important race. You can tell who's the reasonable one," he laughed. I laughed and sat in front of the tv to annoy Dan. He moaned, "Hazel, I'm losing." Phil and I laughed. Dan paused the game and sat next to Phil. "What are you doing anyway?" he asked, picking up some of the papers Phil was writing on. "Um, I'm sorting out our wedding. You know the one that's happening tomorrow," Phil said. "Oh yeah, I totally forgot about that," Dan sarcastically replied, wrapping his arms around Phil. "You're an idiot," Phil laughed, "I'm your idiot," Dan smiled, kissing him on the cheek. "I know, and tomorrow you'll be mine forever," Phil blushes. "That's the plan," he replies.

Dan's POV:
"Bye Phil," I said, holding him in my arms. "Bye Dan. I'll see you at the wedding," I feel Phil's smile in the hug. "I'll miss you," I frowned, "It's for one night," he laughed. "I'll still miss you," I frowned. He kissed me on the cheek, "I'll miss you too." I gave him one last hug before he left to go to Peej's hotel. I waved goodbye as the taxi drove him away. I waddled back upstairs and went into my browsing position.

"Why are you still up?" Hazel asked as she entered the living room. I check the time on my laptop, it was 1am. "Why are you up?" I asked. Hazel smiled, "A, I'm younger so I can handle it better and B, Phil told me to get you to bed early because you won't be getting any sleep the night of the wedding. Wait, ew!" I laughed, "Okay, maybe I should go to sleep." Hazel sat down next to me, "You really love him don't you?" she whispered. "I really do," I whispered back. "Good luck for tomorrow," she smiled, "Thanks," I smiled back.
I got changed laid in bed. The bed felt lonely without Phil. I get a pillow and hug it. It'll have to do. I slowly closed my eyes, I'm going to marry the love of my life tomorrow.
