Chapter 17:

Ms. Mulligan grinned at us,
"Of course, I'll get the papers. Won't be a second." Dan looked at me and wiped a tear of my cheek. He kissed me on the forehead. Ms. Mulligan came back with the papers,
"Just sign here and here, who's name is she going to take?" she asked us.
"Both, she'll be Hazel Lester Howell," I said to her signing the paper,
"Not Howlter?" he asked, I chuckled
"Dan, we can't call her Howlter."
We both had signed,
"Want me to go tell her?" she asked.
"Can we?" I asked looking at Dan.
"Sure thing, it's the room on the top floor."

We walked up millions of flights of stairs.
We knocked on her door, "Come in!" she shouted.
I opened the door to Hazel laying on her bed. "Dan! Phil!" she screamed jumping off her bed. I scanned her room, I noticed she had a Dan and Phil poster, I chuckled.
"What are you doing in here?" she asked. Dan looked at me and nodded,
"Hazel, we've adopted you!"

Hazels POV:

"Hazel, we've adopted you!" Dan told me.
My heart beating faster, this cannot be real.
I ran up to both of them and gave them a massive hug.
"I love you two!" I said,
"We love you too Hazel."
We sat on my bed talking, when Ms. Mulligan came up.
"Knock, Knock! Is everything okay up here?" she asked.
"Everything perfect!" I replied looking at Dan and Phil.
"Mr Lester and Mr Howell, I forgot to get you to sign something. Say goodbye then come downstairs," she said, then left the room.
"Bye Hazel, pick you up tomorrow," Phil said giving me a hug. Dan hugged me as well.
Dan looked at me and asked,
"Hazel, do you have a pen?" I looked at him puzzled and passed him a pen. He walked up to my Dan and Phil poster and signed it, then gave Phil the pen and he signed it.
There you go Hazel," Dan said winking at me. When they left the room I flopped on my bed. I started to pack all my stuff.

"I can't believe I'm leaving!!"
