I think our problem is that we try to control everything and by doing so we ignore the unexpected results. It's good to predict the results before getting into a problem but it is equally important to notice the results which are different from our expectations. Sometimes failures which we think are really not failures, they are there to teach us something. Let's learn from our failures, accept the uncertainty and grow into curious human beings.
