"You want to meet my sister?"
Reagan smiled at me from the other side of the booth. It was midnight and we decided to get coffee and talk about her progress on her book. She was slowly but surely writing it.

"Yes, I'd like that"

Reagan smiled and sipped the last of her coffee and I did the same, we left a five dollar tip and headed to her car. The Honda sat abandoned in the parking lot of the restaurant as we walked towards it, the night air was cool on my cheeks.

"What's your sisters name?"
I smiled reaching the passenger side.

"Georgia, Georgia Armstrong"

I opened my door mentally putting a face to her name. If she looked like Reagan, if she looked like the other parent. I was just ready to meet her, I know that much.

Reagan slowly drove down the road , the engine purring gently while the world sorta quieted down and the city started appearing in the side view mirror and the dark roads just kept me focused on the street, and the darkness. For once it was peaceful.

"Have you ever been out this far? Like in a vehicle?"
Reagan glanced over at me.

I shook my head, embarrassed.
"No, I stay in the city, and if I leave its in the limo or on the jet"

"Well hopefully you will like it"

"I do"
I smiled over at her. My instinct was to take her hand but she was holding the wheel.

She switched her blinker on an pulled into a neighborhood, it was about ten minutes from the city an almost 15 minutes from my house, I didn't realize she drove this far everyday when I asked to hangout.

"This is my grandparents place, my sister and I stayed here for the week"
She informed me.

We pulled into a driveway an the headlights beamed on a garage, and from the shadows from the street lights the house was really beautiful, small and homey.

"Ready?"
Reagan smiled at me as I stared up at the house.

I nodded and followed her up the sidewalk and too the porch. I was glad to see this side of Reagan to see where she came from , to see her family and meet the people that helped her become the person she is.

"My grandparents sleep down the hall, my sister and I stay upstairs"
Reagan whispered to me, our faces were inches apart and her breath fell on my skin like ice, I swallowed hard and mumbled out an 'okay' and went upstairs behind her.

Reagan pointed to a door where faint music played and light shined through the cracks around the door. I walked in behind her seeing a girl sitting on a bean bag with a book in her hand. Her golden hair nearly matched Reagan's an she reminded me of her.

"Georgia meet Katie"

I smiled at the mini version of Reagan and stuck out my hand
"Nice to meet you"

"Nice to finally meet you"
She blushed shaking my hand.

I seen Reagan take a seat on a couch that was pushed up against the wall an pull her laptop from the other cushion and motioned for me too sit.

"Wanna see what I got so far?"
She smiled warmly.

I leaned in closer staring at the laptop screen , she pulled up the word document and scooted the laptop to my lap.

"Don't judge to hard"

I smiled and positioned the computer on my lap.
"Never"

I bit my lip and started reading the first chapter. The way she wrote instantly grabbed my attention. I could feel her energy, I could understand it was her mind writing, but she was in this whole other world that exists inside of her, where its 3 in the morning and she's lost in thought it she's driving down the road listening to the sad song that's accidentally on her driving playlist.
I broke my gaze from mid paragraph and looked over at her as she stared down at her feet. I smiled over at her and felt my cheeks burn red.
