Ten Facts about me, whatever they my be! (Hue, rhymes)

1. I have a specific sweatshirt that people will rarely see me not wear.
Only this weak did I actually start wearing it again (I've been reunited and it feels wonderful), but I will seriously wear this everyday for as long as I can. It's quite special, as I got it from the Carrol Shelby museum (hint hint) back in '12 when I went during my drive to Bonneville. It's black (Yey--), but also has an 'S' shaped cobra and "Shelby Girl" on it, which ironically, is my nickname from my grandma. Whole reason she bought it, actually. c:

2. There's a chance that I might actually be related to the famous(esque) car maker, Carrol Shelby.
This is mainly said as my grandmother has a chance of being his cousin, but even so, it's very nice to be asked if I'm named after his car. ;w; Love Shelby Cobras~

3. I have a big love for graphic tees.
It's literally something you'd have to see for yourself, but 85% of my shirts are graphic shirts. At the most, I have three to seven shirts that aren't "graphic tees".

4. I have a small addiction to hair accessories.
I'll just flat out admit it; I love beanies and bows and clips. Yeah, I wear them time to time, but I still WEAR them. Like it literally doesn't matter, some days, I just like adding it for fun. I don't know how to explain it, but I have some sort of obsession for them.

5. I've still never finished the Harry Potter series.
Yet I call myself a Potterhead! But yes, I am a large fan of the series, but I never got past the Triwizard Tournament in The Goblet of Fire, thus leading me to not pick up the book since the 8th grade.

6. From last year, there is still a part of me that actually wants to be a music producer.
Heavily influenced by Zedd, Avicii, David Guetta, and Skrillex, last year and late 2013, I went through a phase where I really wanted to be a music producer. Ever since I started playing osu!, it has started to grow more and more, since most beatmaps are based around the beat of the song. It's easy to see now when I listen to, ohhh... Na Na Na by MCR, that I clap to the background beat that you can barely hear.

7. If I had to chose any other subject(s) besides Math to be my favorite, I would say Science or History.
To be more specific, for Science: Biology, Astronomy, Chemistry, Marine Biology. History: Ancient History, U.S. History. This is actually common in my family a bit, as it's the same for my mom, but her overall favorite subject being English. It's funny to think about, but pretty interesting at the same time.

8. My first ever book published to Wattpad can still be read today.
I am absolutely embarrassed by it, but you know what, we have to do things like this... So, over on Sll11022 , my first book published was called "The One", and as bad writing as it is (keeping in mind, that this is from 2013, during the summer that I was heavily drunk with music 24/7), it was a large start. I don't believe I have the writing notebook anymore, but I do remember most, if not, all the plot points to it that I had planned out. Sadly, for this account, I deleted my first fanfiction long ago. c;

9. I have a large love for the pattern of Skulls and Flowers together.
Part of my days this is influenced by my love for Día de Los Muertos/love for Spanish culture, but there is a problem with me and this mix. Any time I see a shirt with this pattern, it is a fight to the death for it. It doesn't matter, I have to have it. I cannot explain it.

10. I have a huge love for the beach.

It miiiiight just be a California thing, but I honestly love the fucking beach. I have a basket of seashells and starfish, a (dead) sand dollar, shells all on my shelf, a sand dollar key chain... I love shells and sand dollars and... just love sea life... that's why if I were to make some other career choice, I would LOVE to be a marine biologist.

Ten Question Challenge for Artists...? I guess?

1. Where did you get your inspiration to start drawing?
Hmm... well, I guess during the time, I actually got a lot of inspiration from carmelcat123, or Cammie Miles today, on YouTube. If you were to ever see her old art (she still has some old animations posted), it was a starting point for 9 year old me.

2. Do you draw with music?
But of course! I listen to a variety, recently hanging out in my shuffle for Pandora (need to replace... get to Spotify or Soundcloud or something...), but it's been MCR, TØP, FOB, Imagine Dragons, Zedd, or BABYMETAL.

3. Who's your favorite OC and why?
Well, if it wasn't obvious from the shit ton of drawings I have of her, Sll! But if I were to choose another, I'd actually say Claire or Rosa. Claire is actually based off my love of Mages and Shy girls (hue, me), while Rosa is based off my love for Vampires and Enchantresses.

4. What do you like to use the most?
It depends, for flat out drawing, pencil and paper. But for coloring, I actually enjoy using my phone to color, mainly because A) more colors, and B) easier shading.

5. What would you do in the world of your OCs?
Well... Not too sure, probably tease Sonny and Jenni... mess around with Claire and Travis to piss off Ria... And then I'm not sure with Rosa or Sll. XD

6. How did you get your art style?
To put it simply, I looked at other styles, modified my own by changing slight things, and then practice sketching A LOT.

7. Do you see art as your future career?
Yes and no. At this point in time, if I can actually manage to make a graphic novel now, there's some hope. But I could be... a poster maker, an animator, maybe think about being a storyboard artist again? There's so many choices, but regardless, I'm going to have to have another job to provide myself something to live off of.

8. How much do you draw?
Technically speaking, I sketch/work on something everyday. Serious drawings come at times that I'm ready to be focused on them.

9. How long have you been drawing for?
I've been drawing since I picked up a pencil, but never took it seriously until the 5th grade/2010.

10. Do you strive to improve?
Yes, I do. There's so many styles out there, that the more you practice, the more you discover and soon see yourself progress. Looking back at art from just a year ago is crazy.

I don't really have anyone to nominate...
