Nerd Con 2015 (Pt. 2)

So Nerd Con was a huge success for the first year. We predicted there would be 4,000 people.

We ended up getting over 6,000.

I was fortunate enough to be given V.I.P. passes, and I got a gift bag with: an exclusive Harley Quinn fan art poster, another poster (not sure where it is from fandom wise), Volume 1 of Vampire Knight (*^*--), a sticker, a bracelet, an extra laniard, and a random comic.

On a side note, my mom got a V.I.P. bag as well, her free gift was a badge from Star Wars Steampunk Society, and since I have an extra Harley Quinn poster, I'm going to be sending it to Brizzy (BrizzyVoices on YouTube) when I send her my letter. ^7^

And the venders were amazing...

SO OF COURSE, I GOT A LOT OF POKEMON STUFF.

The first thing I actually purchased was a Pokemon Poster from an amazing artist, WHO ACTUALLY SIGNED IT AND I PAYED HIM THE MONEY AND OH MY FUCKING GOD... WATCH THE PROCESS FOR THIS POSTER (attached to media). 132 FUCKING HOURS, ALL 721 POKEMON IN ALL VARIATIONS, MEGA EVOLUTIONS, AND GENDER DIFFERENCES. I AM
PROUD TO OWN THIS. IT'S AMAZING, PLEASE WATCH THE SPEEDPAINT.

Second thing I ended up getting we're buttons. An Oshawott, Mismagius, Gliscor, Crobat, Marceline, and Toothless one. THEY ARE ALL SO CUTE. ;-;

Third thing was limited edition Pokemon bookmarks, in Mew, Vaporeon, and Squirtle. They are so adorable. ;-; And from the same shop, I also purchased a Poke Ball and Kiki's Delivery Service themed bow. I can't wait to wear them. ;-;

Lastly, I bought a mini poster of a fusion between Entei, Suicune, and Raikou. It's beautiful. *^*

Anyway, I had a blast. I hung out in the Game Room for a while, and got to play Street Fighter for the first time (I believe it was 3/4, I don't quite know, but it's for the XBox.). And I kicked my friend's ass more. XD

And I saw six people from my school, which I didn't expect... >.< But they didn't recognize me, so. >:3

But yeah, I'm definitely attending NC 2016, and this was honestly the best way to start. I plan to do this more, it's just... an amazing experience. I really hope to do more.

As shown in the previous chapter, I posted pictures of my cosplay to my deviantART, and hopefully I'll post to tumblr.

Anyway, this was a great way to pull me out of my slump. ^.^
