Alfia could hear it.

From every response, every reaction, and every single word that came from Cynthia, Violet, and Meteria, she could practically paint a perfect image of what was happening outside.

Alfia: *I don't even need to see anything to know what corruption those vixens are doing to Bell!!*

Every cheer, every giggle, every gasp only made the picture in her mind clearer.

Alas, bound tightly to a chair, there was absolutely nothing she could do.

Which naturally begged the question...

Well for that, we'd have to go back to the early morning of Valentine's Day, shortly after Alfia had confidently declared that Valentine's should be banned.

Flashback

Meteria: *Smile* Alfia-nee, I did a little bit of an oopsie~ Can you help me?

She pleaded with her hands pressed together, wearing the same innocent smile she always used.

Unfortunately Alfia knew that expression all too well. Whenever Meteria described something as "a little oopsie"... It was almost never little.

Alfia: *Sighs* Whatever you've done this time sister, I want no part of it. I still have preparations to make.

Meteria: Please! Please! Please! I really need your help! I promise this is the last time!

Alfia: *It never is.*

She knew that promise had long since lost all meaning.

Unfortunately...

Alfia had one fatal weakness.

Meteria.

Alfia: *Sighs* Fine... Tell me what's wrong.

Meteria's face immediately lit up.

Meteria: *Smile* Thank you!

Without another word, she grabbed Alfia by the wrist and bolted down the hallway.

Alfia: H-Hey, wait! Where are we going?!

Meteria: *Smile* You'll see~

She hurried through the manor until they arrived at one of the storage rooms. It was dimly lit, with boxes and old furniture casting long shadows across the floor.

Alfia: What are we doing here?

Confused, she stepped inside, cautiously looking around the dark room.

Meteria: Hehehehe... Now!

The instant those words left her mouth, three women emerged from the darkness.
