Chapter 14

Lucy's P.O.V
After hours of Christy convincing me to go with her, I finally did. I was starving and Christy offered me McDonald's, I'm not gonna turn that down! My stomach was growling as Christy pulled in the drive-through.

She ordered me a plain cheeseburger, with some fries. Christy even ordered Talia some chicken nuggets! Talia ate every single nugget and I ate every single fry!

"Thank you Christy." I said after I was finished with my food.

Christy looked back at me and smiled. "No problem, Lucy. I need you to do me a favor."

My mouth dropped. Was she using me? Did she only buy me food because she wanted something? "What?"

"I need you to preform something to make Link come back to me." Christy said demandingly.

"I've never preformed with the Singatons before! I've only been to one rehearsal!" I snapped. It was true! I had abandoned them after one rehearsal...

"Not with the Singatons, just you." Christy parked her car. I couldn't see where we were. It was too dark.

Christy told me to get out of the car, so I did. We were at a hotel. Christy checked us in and we headed to our room. The hotel allowed dogs, so Talia walked right in.

There were two beds, which was convenient. Christy didn't have anything to sleep in, so I let her barrow an oversized shirt that my Mama Ali gave me.

Christy hugged me. "I'm really sorry. Please, please forgive me."

I sighed. "I guess."

Christy smiled and let go of me. "Really?"

I nodded. I forgave her. I couldn't just live the rest of my life hating someone who killed my cat. Well maybe I could.. But I wasn't raised like that, ah, I'll just forgive her.

The next morning, Christy had ordered room service. She ordered pancakes, bacon, eggs, she basically ordered everything off the menu. I ate pancakes and Christy ate bacon and eggs.

"Thank you." I said once I was finished with my breakfast. Christy smiled at me and bit into her bacon.

"Can I ask you something?" Christy say her plate down and sat next to me on my bed. She was still wearing the oversized shirt, but she was wearing pants and her hair was up in a messy ponytail.

"I guess." I said.

"Do you think still loves me."

I raised my eyebrows. "Of corse! Christy, Link has always loved you." I smiled at her. She smiled back and hugged me. "Hey I have an idea!" I exclaimed.

Christy let go of me. "What?"

"We'll get dressed, we're getting our nails done." I stood up, grabbed my suit case, and ran towards the bathroom. Talia followed me.

I put on my black plaid skater dress and rushed out. "Christy get ready!!"

She stood up and grabbed her phone. "I'm going to call Jessie and have her bring me some clothes." Christy put her phone up to her ear.

I walked back in the bathroom, brushed my hair and looked at my phone. I had 4 missed calls from Joey and 2 missed calls from Seth.

I decided to call Joey back first. I didn't think he would be anywhere near Link or my mothers. I knew Seth would be with them.

"Finally!" Joey answered.

"Hey Joey! Sorry for not answering your calls!" I said.

"Why didn't you tell me that you ran away! From Link Neal! A YouTuber!" Joey said angrily.

I frowned. "Y-you didn't ask. I'm sorry Joey."

"I'm done with you! Goodbye Lucy!" Joey hung up before I could say anything. I dropped my phone, and fell to the floor.

My idol hates me. Christy knocked on the door.  She asked if I was okay. I opened the door. "Yeah, I'm fine."

We met Jessie at the the nail solan. "Lucy!" Jessie hugged me. "Does Link know she's here, Christy?"

I looked at Christy, she shrugged. "I called him last night."

I looked at Talia on her leash, then at Christy. She ACTUALLY called him? I didn't know she called him! I was a little angry...

She's using me to get Link back, it's stupid! Maybe she shouldn't have killed my cat and said all those mean things about me!

Jessie looked at me, than at Christy. "Let's just get our nails done!" All 3 of us got manicures and pedicures.

Jessie's finger nails were just plain red, Christy's finger nails were yellow with navy blue dots. I decided to make mine match my outfit, my nails were black with a little white design. The workers even painted Talia's nails! With dog nail polish, of course. Talia's nails were blue.

We were getting out nails done when Link ran in the door. "Christy! Were is she!" He yelled. Everyone in the solan looked at him.

"Who?" Jessie asked.

"Lucy! Where's Lucy!?" Link said angrily.

I popped my head out from beside Christy. "I'm right here." I smiled at Link, his hair was a mess, his clothes were wrinkled.

Link looked at me, he hugged me. I was sitting down, so it was kinda weird.. Link squeezed me, I thought he was going to choke me to death... But he let go of me. Talia licked his face.

"Lucy," he started to cry. "Don't ever run away ever again! You need to come see your moms, come on!" Link smiled as he tried to get me to stand up.

I refused, I was getting my nails done! He tugged harder, finally Christy told him to stop. "Let her be a girl and let her get her nails done!"

Link let go and sat down in the chair next to me. Talia jumped up on his lap. The workers didn't get angry at him, but they did do some major staring..

Okay so this part sucks!! Buttttt I have some super sad news, I'm probably going to end this story soon :( I only planned on writing 20 chapters, but I might write more, so tell me how many you think I should write! -e
