Chapter 11: Lone Wolf

Adriane smiled sadly at Emily and Shiny, she wanted to talk to them more but she couldn't. "Look I wish I could talk more but,something's coming! Not now but
later! Something awful! I don't know what,exactly but I can tell you that it's smart,almost human smart. It will try to manipulate and deceive you in any way possible! Just be careful from now on ok?" she warned, gazing into their eyes with concern. "Alright,we will! Don't worry about us Adriane!" Emily said reassuringly. "I- I have to go!" Adriane called as she ran away as fast as she possibly could,Emily and Shiny were both shocked! Where was she going? Why did she just leave them like tha-"Emily! Watch out!" Shiny's voice snapped Emily out of her daze just as she was about to be Dragon Pulsed by a wild Hydreigon!! Emily's eyes were full of fear, she tried to move her legs but they wouldn't move! "Emily get out of the way!!" Shiny shouted as she barely managed to block the attack with Solarbeam! The two beams clashed for a while,except Dragon Pulse was slowly getting stronger and it was overpowering Solarbeam...and it was about to hit Emily!!!! In the meantime Adriane was running as far away as possible,with Dreamer at her side. She wished she could've stayed but that would've been useless! She would probably lead danger right to them! Suddenly, Adriane stopped in her tracks as she slowly noticed something heading straight for them! At first she saw flapping wings but as they came closer she realized they weren't wings at all! They were shadow creatures, and they were going to tear Adriane and Dreamer apart!!! What was she thinking going off like that?! The black-haired girl wanted nothing more than to be alone and look where that got her! Now Adriane and Dreamer were surrounded by bat-looking monsters with blood red eyes and skeletons for bodies! But she wouldn't go down without a fight! "Hey betcha can't catch us you slowpokes!" Adriane called out in a singsong voice as she and Dreamer sprinted away at top speed,with the vile creatures in hot pursuit! Adriane liked to play it smart, and as she looked back at their pursuers, it dawned on her! Those things were trying to be as unpredictable as possible by flying in different directions! Well she knew how to take care of that! No bats would ever stand in her way! Not ever! She would show them just how strong she really was! she thought to herself,full of fire and ready to fight! Adriane jumped 15 feet in the air and did a spinning kick! Her wolf stone blazed to life as golden fire lashed out, making the foul,unwanted creatures shriek in pain and agony! Adriane didn't stop! As soon as they were confused she (and Dreamer of course) mercilessly attacked while still running as fast as lightning! But Adriane wasn't finished just yet! Her golden wolf fire was much stronger when she and Dreamer were together! "Take thiiiis!" her eyes narrowed as she whipped golden wolf fire around her like insane! The warrior whipped around only to see that there were much more monsters than expected, and now they were carrying Dreamer away! "Leave him alone!" Adriane howled in fury,her wolf stone flared bright red as she blasted them,with each shot stronger than the last! After barrage upon barrage of attacks, Dreamer was finally freed! However,something still wasn't right,even though the shadow creatures yielded and fled, it's as if something or someone was watching them. Waiting for the perfect chance to strike!!!
