Chapter 37: Traitor!?

Meanwhile back in Ravenswood....

"Hey did you find her yet?" "No, I can't locate her anywhere! Where is she?! We've been searching for 9 days already! I just hope she's ok...." Shiny's eyes flashed as the ground shook."No way...this can't be happening! Emily get on my back!" Stones danced up and down. Trees split in two as their demise echoed like thunder. "Come on! There's not much time before we're going to be trapped!" The healer hesitated for a moment as she oversaw the immense danger that would consume them both. Fire and light burst across the horizon like a beacon as Shiny transformed into Reshiram, the sheer awesomeness of her form rendered Emily speechless. For a moment everything froze. As if the whole world stopped to consider the strength and power that radiated from her. But not for long. "It's an earthquake! Hurry!" Shiny gestured for Emily to climb on. She nodded, lifting one leg to the right then the other to the left. "Hold on as tight as you can! Don't let go no matter what!". The healer obeyed, clutching her neck for dear life. The earth's wrath knew no bounds, the ground beneath them cracked open, swallowing everything caught in its reach. Shiny soared high into the air, far away from the destruction below. Suddenly a large, shadowy claw loomed above them, and smacked the two down....down....down into oblivion. Intense blue flames consumed the attacker, leaving behind only a puff of smoke. A sinister voice called from behind. Shadow creatures swarmed around them, a single pair of eyes stood out amongst the rest. Pitch black like darkness, staring into their very souls with the uttermost hate. Beautiful,shimmering dusk ribbons of water and lightning lashed out at the two, with such vitality, such unmeasurable tenacity that Shiny's Blue Flare was no match for it whatsoever. Fear blossomed in both of their hearts as they came to an unbearable conclusion. They would have to hurt, even destroy...their best friend.
