autumn

Autumn was laying on her bed, her head resting on her arms and her face buried in her pillows. She was thinking about Luke and contemplating everything Liz had said.

She thought maybe being with him wasn't a good idea because she basically came with all this baggage.

Since she didn't have another session with her psychiatrist for two days, she decided to talk to the only other person she could really get advice from: Ashton.

After exchanging hello's and how are you's, she explained the dilemma to him, informing him on what Liz had said.

Ashton suggested that she should tell Luke after the gig and even though Autumn knew she probably wouldn't be able to, she agreed.

She sighed and checked her messages, resting her head back against the headboard of her bed.

Autumn briefly looked at her previous messages to Michael.

A story that she was going to have to tell Luke soon.

to kitten: so much effort though i have to type it all out goodnight

Feeling enervated Autumn put her phone aside and laid down on her bed.

She fell asleep easily, glad that she could forget about everything for a few hours.

The next day she spent watching Friends and not on her phone; she didn't feel like talking to anyone for most of the day.

Just before she was about to go to sleep, she decided she would look at her recent messages.

It had been over two hours since Michael had got home from his band's first live show and he was still buzzing with excitement. He had to admit he was a bit disappointed that Autumn didn't go but there was blatantly something up with her and he wanted to know what.

from eva: Weird, I know. I just had this thing called bulimia so I have meetings basically about eating.

Michael knew what it was but wasn't expecting her to tell him something personal.

Confused, Michael raised his eyebrows, trying to think of what to reply.
