autumn

Autumn was sat beside Luke, his arm rested around her. Calum, Ashton and Kristen were on the opposite couch to them.

"We have some master plans for Luke's birthday," Calum said with a mischievous grin plastered to his face.

"Camping isn't a master plan," Luke laughed.

"What! How did you find out?" Calum looked at each person, narrowing his eyes out of annoyance.

"Ashton told me," Luke said, taking a sip of his drink.

"Ashton!" Calum whined.

"Sorry. It just slipped out of my mouth."

"That's what she said!" Michael shouted as he unceremoniously entered the room and waved his bottle around.

"You're so wasted," Ashton chuckled, looking over at Michael and shaking his head.

"Well now you know, I can openly invite all of you," Calum cheered.

She didn't want to say that camping wasn't really her thing because it was for Luke's birthday. Also, social things like that made her anxious and she really didn't want any additional stress.

"Do you like camping?" Luke asked, moving his arm from around her.

"Yeah, it's alright," She lied. "Uh what do you want for your birthday?"

"You don't have to get me anything." He smiled and took another sip of his drink.

"Don't be one of those people," Autumn said, laughing lightly.

"What people?" Luke chuckled, raising an eyebrow in confusion.

"You know the ones that say they don't want anything and then you don't get them anything and they are disappointed."

"Oh those people," He said, the smile on his face getting even wider. Luke sat his glass on the table and placed his arm back around Autumn's shoulders. "Well you being my girlfriend is better than any gift," He whispered in her ear.

"I just cringed. Don't say anything like that to me ever again or I won't be your girlfriend." She warned him, trying to stay serious but Luke's smile was contagious.

"But then," He said and placed his hand on her cheek, turning her head to face him. "You'd be missing out on this." Luke leaned in and connected his lips to Autumn's.

michael

Michael was regretting getting drunk because he had just thrown up for the third time. He always regretted it when the consequences kicked in.

"I have all these feelings and I don't know what to do with them," Michael said, resting his head against the bathroom wall.

"Feelings for Eva?" Ashton asked, taking a seat on the side of the bath.

Michael didn't want to seem like a bad person for not reciprocating Eva's feelings but then he didn't want to lead her on either.

"Michael?"

He had zoned out, completely immersed in his dilemma.
