CHARLOTTE POV.

Here I was, sitting at the back of plane next to a lady with her crying baby, and a man that smells like cheese. So that is how my day is going so far. It is not even 7am yet and I already have a bad feeling about today. Since Nash bought his ticket before mine, we didn't sit together. He was sitting up the front next to a nice couple, and I, well lets just say this isn't my ideal seat. But who really has an ideal seat? Not me.

I put plugged my earphones into my phone and started to listen to music. Music to me was the only way to forget things and relax thing. When things went tough, I would listen to music to calm me down. Maybe that's just me, or maybe its every other teenage girl. Who knows.

The baby sitting to my right stopped crying as I felt my eyes shut close. I was exhausted to say the least.

"Honey, honey?" I heard as I felt someone tap my shoulder. My eyes shot open, I hated when people touched me. I adjusted in my seat as I took my earphones out and smiled at the lady who tapped my shoulder. "We're about to land," She said smiling while she looked at her baby. I smiled before putting my phone in my bag that was under my seat. I loved traveling. That's all I really ever wanted to do.

I sat in the seat waiting for the plane to land. "Are you here all alone sweetheart?" The man next to me asked trying to make conversation. "No, my friend is sitting up the front," I said with a smile as I pulled a piece of my long brown hair behind my ear.

"That's nice," He replied with a smile. "What about you?" I asked. "Well technically yes, but I'm here to see my daughter," He said as he started to play with his wedding ring that sat on his left hand. "What does she do?" I asked. "She is in hospital at the moment, but she was a lawyer," He said as you heard sadness in his voice.

"Oh, I'm sorry to hear about that," "Yeah, it is what it is, besides, she will be fine," He said smiling. I didn't know what was going on with his daughter but I could hear the uncertainty in his voice. I sat in silence as the plane landed. Hearing about someone else's life and problems took my mind of mine.

The plane landed, roughly but safely. The passengers waited a few minutes until we could get up and leave the plane. The man to my left got up first, following me then the lady with the baby. "I hope your daughter get's better soon," I said with a smile as I passed him with my bag in my hand. "Thank you sweetie," He said smiling at me.

I got off of the plane trying to find Nash. I looked around knowing that we would already be out considering he was sitting up the front of the plane. "Charlotte!" A voice scared me from behind. I turned around to see Nash standing there as he held a little girl in his arm. "Sorry I couldn't find you," I said with a smile. "That's okay," He replied as he placed the little girl on the ground.

"Charlotte, this is Skylynn, Skylynn this is Charlotte," He said as he held a smile across his face. "Hello," I said as I bent down to her level. "Hello," She replied. I couldn't but notice how adorable she was. I stood back up and adjusted my bag when I noticed a figure standing in front of me. Hayes. He looked at me as a small smile started to form across his face.

The smile stopped forming as I brushed pass him as I went to get my bag. I was still pretty angry; not just how Hayes ignored me, but how things ended. I knew that an 'us' would never work. I'm just the girl that 'ruined' his life.... And it hurt to think of myself like that. But I wasn't going to fall for him again. That was a promise.

I met their mom Elizabeth; she was so sweet and nice. The car ride was awkward to say the least. I could tell that Hayes didn't like the fact that I haven't spoken to him, but I couldn't. I felt his glare as Skylynn was the only thing not making it very noticeable as she sat in between us in the back seat.

We finally arrived to the house that I would be staying for a while. It was  beautiful. I got out of the car and felt the fresh air touch my face. I loved this type of weather. I walked to the back of the car to get my luggage as Hayes stood their trying to get it out for me. He looked at me as his dimples popped out.

''I've got it, thanks anyway," I said as I took my large suitcase out of his hand. I knew I was being rude and cold, but if that was what I needed to do to stop myself falling in love with him again, then that's what I needed to do.
