Chapter 31

CHARLOTTE POV.

3 months later*

"Charlotte!" Dad yelled as I walked out of the plane and ran up to him. "I missed you so much! You too Nash!" I said as I hugged dad and Nash. I was extremely lucky to have been able to go on tour with Shawn, but I missed home. "Hayes!" Nash said as he did the 'Bro Code' hand thingy. "Where's Shawn?" Dad asked as he picked up my suitcase. "He is with Bri, their a 'thing' now," I said with a smile on my face. "Really?" Nash asked confused. "Oh yeah, they wouldn't stop making out the whole time on the bus. If you think we're bad you haven't met them yet," Hayes said making us all laugh but stop once they came over to us. "Dude, long time no see," Shawn said hugging dad and Nash.

"Guys this is Bri, my girlfriend," He said as he wrapped his arm around her shoulder. "It's nice to meet you, I'm Nash," Nash said shaking her hand. "Matt," Dad said as he shacked her hand as well. "I have heard so much about you guys," She said with a huge smile. "Well, let's go," Dad said with a smile. Before we knew it we were surrounded by girls chanting all the guys names. The guys all stopped and got photos and signed pictures and everything. They spent around 20 minutes talking to fans and everything. "Are you guys coming home with us?" Dad asked as we walked out of the airport. "Nah, I might come over later though," Shawn said still with his hand around Bri. They were pretty adorable. "Come on Char and Hayes, lets go home," Dad said as he got in the car.

"Thank you so much for everything! I am so lucky to have preformed with you! And Bri, thank you too. You guys are going to be great," I said as I hugged Shawn then Bri. "Awwwww thank you!" Bri said as she hugged me tight. "You were so amazing Char, it will be your turn one day," He said with a smile on his face. "Well I have to go, see you soon?" I said as I got in Nash's car. "Definitely," Shawn said before I shut the car door.

"You excited to be home?" Hayes asked as he put his phone in his pocket. "Yes! I missed my bed!" I said making him laugh. "True fact," I continued to tell him. "So, what have I missed?" I asked as I leaned forward. "Me and Laura broke up," Nash said as he kept driving. Me and Hayes both looked at each other with shock on out face. "What? Why?" Hayes asked. "Because I caught her cheating on me..." He paused. "With Cameron," He said making my eyes widen. "Oh my gosh!" Was all I could say. I only met Laura once but she seemed nice to me, obviously I was wrong. "Sorry dude," Hayes said as he patted Nash shoulder. "Thanks," Nash said with no emotion on his voice or his face.

"Are you guys hungry?" Dad asked trying to change the subject. "Yes!" Hayes and I said at the same time making dad laugh. "What? Didn't Shawn feed you?" He asked joking. "Not enough," I replied with a smile. "Subway?" Nash asked. "Yes pleaseeeeeee," I said with a smile. "Okay," HE said chuckling a bit as we pulled in through drive through.

Nash ordered and we went through to where you pay and my heart stopped when I saw who was standing there. "Is that?" Hayes asked as he looked at me. "Joel," I said as I sunk in my seat. Lucky me, I was closest to him so he could see me. "Oh, hi," He said once he realised that is was dad. Last time we saw each other he tried to stick his tongue down my throat which I wasn't very happy about.

"Charlotte, how are you?" He said once he saw me. Great. "Hi, Joel," I said as I sat up straight. It was extremely awkward to say the least. "You okay?" Hayes asked we drove away. "Yep," I said with a small smile. All I could think about was how I hurt Joel. I felt like a jerk.

We drove home and got out of the car and entered through the front door. "Bell!" I said in a baby voice as I sat down on the ground playing with her. "Your not a baby anymore," I said as I patted her soft fur. She was so big, I didn't realise how much I would miss out on. After playing with Bell for 5 minutes I decided to go upstairs. I walked in and jumped on my bed. "Home sweet home," I said as I stared at the roof. I was so happy to be back! I went back downstairs once I changed into sweat pants and a crop top. Now I was comfortable. "Is there any food left?" I asked as I walked into the kitchen. "Here, have some of mine," Hayes said as he handed me his sandwich. "Are you sure?" I asked. "Yeah,' He said with a sweet smile.
