The picture of the OC Arisa Lee is drawn by me! ^^ The background for it was something I found online though - I was too lazy to detail it out XD

Arisa pov:

My fingers were quick to open a can of my cool drink, a hiss emanating from the fizz. I took a long sip and exhaled in satisfaction after the cool liquid was down my throat.

"Now my mission is finally accomplished!" I said, smiling to myself.

Tossing about my spicy chicken nuggets once in the gravy while watching a comedy show on my 42 inch plasma TV, I popped one into my mouth. A shudder of happiness escaped along with a hum in satisfaction at the delicious taste of my meal. I was a good cook, I had to boast, but I was an even better Errand Girl.

"Yooooohooooo!" suddenly came the loud voice of my partner. It startled me, making me nearly jump in my seat and drop my food. Five computer screens on the desk in the so called study area of my house lit up with the horrendous, distorted scribble of a woman while the annoying laughter continued.

"Ah, seriously..." I muttered in mild annoyance, putting down my food and chopsticks on the table in front of me. Still chewing what was in my mouth, I spoke with a frown, "Why do you always have to call me when I'm eating, Oba-san? Gosh, you're such a pain sometimes."

"Oi, is that any way to talk to someone who's older than you? And of someone who does all the work of keeping you safe on your mission?" she snapped in response, annoyance clear in her tone as well.

With a roll of my eyes, I resumed eating my food, popping another nugget into my mouth. Then I answered, "Well, I'm the one who's doing the actual work in person, risking my very life and identity on missions. If you didn't have me working for you, you wouldn't get all that money, you know?"

"Yeah yeah, whatever you say, Angel. Now, let's talk work, shall we? I just got another email about a new mission," she said. "This person wants you to look up quite a high-ranking official. Apparently, they have heard rumors that he's taking money from charity funds for personal gain. They want documents as proof so homeless children don't suffer the brunt."

"And here I was planning on refusing the next mission," I muttered. I held my chopsticks out as if I was pointing at something. "I've been working too much lately, you know? All these clients think I'm some kind of machine. But when you say charity and children, it's hard to say no."

"Right, so listen up. Here are the details of the mission."

Though my name was Arisa Lee, most only knew me as Angel, a shadow-in-the-dark Errand Girl that none knew of any more than from the secret jobs I took up. I had exactly three numbers on my cell phone at any point of time – my partner Oba-san's, my active client's and my favorite pizza shop from where I occasionally order meals.

My job as an Errand Girl was quite simple actually – I often got requests from all sorts of people for all sorts of errands. Whether it was gathering information about someone or something, helping someone or trapping them, I did everything...well, everything that didn't involve killing. The mode of contact between me and the client was only through email, using the ID that Oba-san and I shared. Oba-san took care of gathering first level information about the mission before I went out to complete it. Once done and confirmed to the client, money was deposited into our accounts.

Being in this line of work made it necessary to keep my identity well hidden. Arisa and Angel were two separate individuals with no visible or traceable link between them. To all those of the apartment complex I lived in, in the heart of the city, I was a common freelance editor who worked from home though occasionally went out. As such, I wasn't suspected for anything even if I was not at home for most of the day every now and then. When missions were carried out at night, my apartment mates were asleep and even more unaware of what I was doing.
