Arisa pov:

"Let me get this clear – so, you went through the Gate, lived there for fourteen years and came back because of a rogue? And you got the Fullmetal's and his brother's bodies back using the real Philosopher Stone?" spoke one of the six generals I was standing in front of in the conference room, along with the Fuhrer, as I was being interrogated for my disappearance more than fifteen days ago.

That's right – I was being interrogated for my disappearance.

After healing enough, Scar had parted with us saying that he would be fine on his own. He took a train from Xenotime and to Liore while the rest of us – me, Leo, Ed, Al and Wrath – took a train to Risembool. Winry was probably the happiest person in the world to see that Ed and Al had returned to normal and she had thanked me a million times for doing it.

Ed had spared her from the gory details of my fight with Dante, though he did tell her that we all had fought a rather fierce battle in order to gain what we had lost. He didn't tell her of me being in love with Envy either, since we had agreed to introduce him as someone I had partnered up with and fallen in love with while on missions. We were yet to come up with a believable back story for him but I would work that out with Envy when I met him.

We had a grand celebration at Winry's house and a few more days of rest because she needed time to make Wrath's automail.

While the brothers and Winry had taken time to catch up, I had taken a stroll. Saul had mentioned that he stayed in Risembool and I was able to find the house he lived in by asking for directions from some other locals. Well, I had asked if they had known someone by the name Clarisse since Dante had mentioned that as my mother's name – the older people did know her and had directed me to the house she had lived in but was now occupied by someone else.

I had merely seen the house from a distance – it seemed familiar but wasn't clear in memory. Seeing Saul inside had had my heart throbbing, all the more because I knew now that he had not lied to me. I didn't know how to face him and I couldn't return his feelings because I loved Envy. With a slightly heavy heart, I had left without seeing him.

We had stayed in Risembool for close to ten days, all to give Winry time to make Wrath's automail and for Wrath to feel better after being equipped with it. I had taken responsibility to drop him off at Dublith to stay with Izumi san. Wrath seemed uncomfortable at first but Izumi san was overjoyed to be with her son, her human son. She wouldn't stop thanking me and after being pampered there for three days, I had finally returned to Central.

As such, I was being questioned about everything that had happened in the days I was missing.

I had told the generals and the Fuhrer everything about myself, seeing no need to hide the truth anymore. I told them about Dante, Saul, my life on the other side of the Gate, my job on the other side of the Gate and even a few hints on technology. I didn't show them my smart glasses, cell phone or ear piece though. It was my equipment that made me the unbeatable Angel – I had to keep some trade secrets as secrets even in this world. I would continue using them to be awesome and the best at solving missions.

I also told them all that Dante had been doing and that I had killed her. I twisted the story a little, saying that she had created the Philosopher Stone and if I hadn't stopped her, she would have destroyed the whole military. I had taken the liberty to use the stone to help Edward and Alphonse – the generals did seem a little upset that I had made such a decision without their consent but they did find it acceptable since the stone wasn't used for any bad reason.

Ed and Al had supported me, protected my decision and, in the end, the generals could do nothing but let me off saying that I had done them a favor after all.
