Jack's POV
"Stop! Please!"
I was woken up by Dean shouting, I quickly turned the light on, I didn't know what to do. Daniel burst into the room.
"What's going on!? Is he okay?!" He said quickly, his eyes full of worry.
"I don't know! What do I do??"
"Wake him up!" Daniel shouted, he sat down on the bed
"Dean! Dean! Wake up!" I said, shaking him. His eyes suddenly opened, he looked around for a second before he calmed down slightly.
"You were screaming in your sleep, are you okay??" Daniel asked, concern in his voice. Dean shook his head, his eyes filling with tears, he buried his face in my chest and started sobbing. I wrapped my arms around his body protectively.
"Shh... It's okay..." I whispered. "Do you want to talk about it?" Dean shook his head.
"Do you want anything?" Daniel asked, Dean shook his head again.
"It's okay Daniel, I'll talk to him." I said quietly, squeezing Dean tighter. Daniel nodded and stood up.
"Okay, let me know if there's anything I can do. Night."
"Night."
He walked out of the room, closing the door behind him. I pulled away from the hug and rested my hands on Dean's shoulders.
"Are you sure you don't want to talk about it?"
He nodded. I gave him a small smile.
"Do you want to try and go back to sleep?"
He nodded again, lying back down. I turned the light off and lay down, I moved closer, closing the gap between us. I put my arms around his waist, my finger brushed against a small wet patch on his hip, I instantly knew what it was. Blood. I decided it was best not to ask him about it right at that moment. He put his arms around my torso and buried his face in my chest.
"Night Jack..." He whispered.
"Night Dean." I whispered back.
"Love you..." I murmured, barely audible. I had no idea if he'd heard it or not.
*
The next morning, I was woken up by Dean brushing a strand of my hair out of my face. I smiled slightly at him.
"Morning." I said, my voice hoarse.
"Morning." He giggled back.
"What's so funny?" I said, smirking and raising an eyebrow.
"Your hair." He giggled again, snuggling into the duvet. I didn't even need to look in the mirror to know how bad it was, but to be honest, I didn't care right at this moment, all I cared about was the fact that Dean was in bed next to me. Nothing else mattered in the world, it was just me and him.
"Are you feeling better after last night?" I asked, he immediately tensed up, like he had just remembered. He nodded. I could hear his breathing getting quicker.
"Shh, Dean it's okay." I said, moving closer to him and wrapping my arms around his shoulders. He relaxed at my touch. We were staring into each other's eyes, just like we were last night. He glanced down at my lips quickly before looking back into my eyes, I don't know why I did it, but I slowly began to move in, getting closer and closer to his face. Our lips were inches apart when the bedroom door burst open, we both jumped back and glared at Daniel, who raised an eyebrow at us before sitting down on the end of the bed.

FanfictionI don't like this story anymore. Dean and Bethan had broken up a long time ago, now Dean is living with his psychotic boyfriend James, but Jack has noticed that Dean seems a bit... different... ever since they started living together. TW for abuse...
