My BestFriend My Teammate and Broken Promises

Chapter 17

Alex's PoV

"What are you doing Serv?" I say. I was shocked to see him here.

"I want you back." He says.

"No. You made me almost lose my best friend to suicide. So no. We're not getting back together." I say.

"What?! How is it my fault?"

"If I had never met you I would have never to choose between my boyfriend and best friend. And I made the mistake of choosing you. Then you broke up with me!"

"Well!" He pauses. "Well you just watch out. And tell your friend that to." Then he storms out and slams the door shut behind him.

"Well then!" I yell to no one. I wheel to my room and pull myself into my bed and go to sleep.

Tobin's PoV

I walk into the hotel. I see Lauren and Amy hanging out in the lobby so I head over to them.

"Tobin!" Lauren yells and runs over to me. She jumps on me and wraps her legs around my waist.

"Lauren I just saw you yesterday! And I would like to breath." I say laughing. She lets go of me.

"Sorry." She says laughing.

"Hey Amy." I hug her too. "So can I stay in your guys room? I'm not ready to see Alex."

"Sure. But you guys need to make up soon." Amy says.

"Okay. I'm really tired. Can I go crash on you couch?"

"Of course." Lauren says chuckling. She hands me her key and I walk to the elevator.

As I go up I realize that Lauren and Amy's room is on the same floor as Alex's and mine. I'm going to be seeing her a lot more than I wanted to.

* Time skip. One month later.*

Alex's PoV

Tobin and I have been avoiding each other for a month and it's getting pretty old. Today I was getting my cast and brace off.

Kelley was driving me to the hospital. When we got there I was a little nervous. Kelley noticed cause she gave a bear hug and told me I was gonna be alright.

She was right it did go well. He said that I can go to the training camp. But the first few days I need to take it easy and if the trainers feel like I'm good to go then I can train hard core.

*Another time skip. I'm just trying to speed the story up*

Today's the day that we leave for the World Cup! I'm so excited. Unfortunately I still haven't apologized to Tobin yet. But that's alright. I planned on doing it before the first game against Australia. When we board the plane my plane buddy is Kelley.

We got a private plane. We played heads up most of the way and slept the rest if the way.

When we landed we went to the hotel. I was rooming with Amy. Tobin was with Lauren. I look over and accidentally lock eyes with Tobin. We both look away instantly.

Now we're at a team meeting.

"Alright girls!" Jill starts. "Australia is a good team. Now I don't want any of you to get into your head that were are better than all the teams we may play against. Every team that we play will probably be just as good as us. But! I want to you to play so that they don't ever want to play us again. You get what I'm saying?!"

"Yep!" We all yell at the same time, causing us all to laugh. When the meeting ends I go up to my room and chill. The rest of the team went to the pool to hang. But who I find in there in my room is someone I never wanted to see again.

"How did you get in here Serv?!" I yelled at him.

"I have my ways." He said in a tone that scared me. "Now I'll give you one more chance to apologize and say what you did was wrong and then we can be a happy coulple again." He sid and smiled. But it was a evil smile.

"My love for you is gone. You can't force love Servando." I say.

"Ooh. So now we're using full names huh?" He smirks. "So I guess that you arnt going to apologize? Well then I'll just maybe have to make you. Cause I love you Alex Morgan and you broke my heart." He says. He starts slowly walking towards me.

"I broke your heart? You're the one who broke up with me! This hole situation is messed up! You're blamin everything on me! When it wa your fault in the first place!" I yell at him.

"Well. I'm sorry. Actually I'm not sorry. But you'll be sorry. Boys." Uh oh. "Get her and bring to the car!" He yells. Then out of nowhere three guys jump out and grab me. They tie my hands behind my back and then my ankles. I saw that they had more rope but they didn't use it on me. I hope I'm the only one their taking.

Servando opens the door and they carry me out. Down the hall I see Tobin waking into her room.

"Help! Tobin help!" I yell. She turns around fast.

"Alex!" She shouts and runs over to me.

"Get her and tie her up." I hear Servando say.

"Tobin go get help!" She's almost to us. Only one goon is holding me now. The other two are going towards Tobin. "Go get Kling! Anyone! Their gonna get you Tobin you can't help!" I yell at her desperation. Hoping that she'll realize that she can't help me. But nope! She keeps on coming towards me.

I scream and scream and scream. Hoping someone will hear me. But I only made it worse for me. Someone hit me on the head and as it starts to get dark I see a knocked out Tobin being tied up.
Then it all goes dark.

A/N: whew! I'll try to update today. Maybe I'll even update two or three times tonight. I've got nothing better to do.
