CHAPTER 14

NOT COMING BACK

Sean's POV

I just let Hannah and Sarah go off and get the wood today, I know it was dangerous but they had each other so they would be safe right? Anyway that left us lads with some time to ourselves and maybe I might get to know a bit more about them and see how they are doing.

"Sean I can't believe you just let them go," Jason was shocked.

"Yeah I thought Jason and I were going to have to persuade you a bit there," Ben agreed Jason clearly shocked.

"Well they have each other so they will be fine," I hope, whispered to myself.

"Yeah they will be but you are so protective over Hannah I thought you weren't going to let her out of your site," Jason told me.

"I'm not protective over her," I am not am I? No off course I'm not, I just care about her and don't want to see her hurt. I mean we were here for only a few minutes and she tripped over, she is just so clumsy, so I have to look after her. And with the whole witch thing, yeah it did freak but when she started fainting I just went in to fall blown panic, I had no idea how to help her and that scared me to death.

"Face it Sean you are, I mean when she fainted you wouldn't let her go," Jason explained to me.

"Jason's right Sean you are a bit protective over her, but I think it's a good thing, it means you care about her and she need you and all of us to help her thought this. We all know how it feels to be taken away from our family and to be in this horrible place but poor Hannah got it even worse, she just found out she is a witch on top of all that and it scares her. So we all need to be there for her. And in a way to me she feels like a little sister I never had and I couldn't bear seeing anything bad happen to her. So basically what I'm saying Sean is that you shouldn't try and hide all of the feels you have for her because we can all see that she differently mean something to you." Ben took a breath after he finishes his whole speech.

I didn't realise Ben felt that way for her, it was sweet, at least I know he can have my back and look after her as well.

"Wow Ben that was a long speech and I guess you're right, I do care for her," I told him.

"I knew it man," Jason shouted.

"So are you telling us that you like her?" Ben questioned me.

"Yeah I like her," I said simply.

Ben sighed "That's not what I mean and you know it, so do you like, like her."

"Yes I like, like, like her," I empathised the likes.

"Does she know?" I had to think. Well I know I didn't tell her but was it possible for her to hear me and

Sarah talking about her. No she couldn't have I mean she was passed out cold, but could she still hear?

"I....I don't know," I told him truthfully.

"What do you know, I don't know, you either do or you don't." Ben told me.

"Well....." I didn't know what to say.

"Well, what Sean? Just tell us already," Jason was getting impatient.

"You see, you remember when Hannah fainted and you told me to I should look after the girls while you went and got the wood?" I asked Jason.

"Yeah I do, so what?" he questioned me.

"Well when Hannah was still passed out cold Sarah was asking me lots of questions about my feelings towards Hannah, and I told Sarah that I think I might love Hannah," I told them.
