Final goodbyes

Hannah's Pov

I just continued to stare at Sean, I couldn't move, I didn't know what to do. He was grinning at me from a few feet away, looking me over for some reason I didn't understand. His grin suddenly fell and turned angry. What was his problem? Shouldn't he be happy that I'm alive and well? I couldn't understand his emotions.

Unexpectedly, I was pushed behind someone,Tyler. What was he doing? Nothing was making sense at the moment. What has gotten in to these two?

"Step away from her," Sean hissed.

"No," he growled. What the hell is Tyler playing at, why isn't he letting me say hello to my friends?

"Hannah," someone whispered by Sean, it was Sarah; her eyes were filled with tears.

"Sarah!" She came running at me; no one was going to stop us. I pushed my way from behind Tyler, "Hannah, what are you doing," he exclaimed, I ignored him, and started to run to Sarah. We both met half away across the field, we embrace each other in one tight hug, it felt like she never wanted to let go.

"I'm so sorry Hannah," she cried, while still in my embrace.

"You have nothing to be sorry for Sarah," I comforted.

"But I do Hannah, I thought you were dead, I thought that wolf killed you, it was my entire fault, and now these people hold you captive!" she blubbered.

What is she going on about? Does she mean Tyler and the pact, that they are holding me captive? But it's the complete opposite, they aren't holding me against my will, they took me in and gave me a home. They cared for me when I was hurt; even if one of them did attack me, I know none of them would do that, especially not Tyler.

"Sarah you've got it all wrong," I stressed to her.

"What have they done to you?" she cried out.

"Nothing Sarah, they have done nothing," I told her.

"Then why are they all guarding you and giving me the evils right now?" she questioned, not believing me.

I released Sarah from the tight hug we were still in, to turn around to see what she going on about. She was completely right; they were looking at her strangely. Most of the men were all grouched down, and the women looked very worried for me, I don't understand why though. No one was going to hurt me, and no one else was going to get hurt, can't they see that they are my friends; my Human friends?

I moved completely away from Sarah and stood in the middle of the two groups on my own; some would call it No-man's land.

"Everyone calm down, we are all friends," I explained to everyone.

"Friends, what are you going on about Hannah," Sean asked me confused.

"They are my friends Sean, just like you are. They're not going to hurt you or me, so would everyone just relax. Today has been a hard for them Sean, they had to say goodbye to someone they loved, and you are not helping by making them feel like you're going to attack, so please just chill out," I fumed at him.

"How can they be your friends Hannah, they took you from us," he shuddered.

"They didn't take me Sean, they saved me, Tyler found me when Alex attacked me-"

"-who attacked you? I thought a wolf attacked you," Sean screamed at me.

"Yes it was a wolf Sean, well sort of a wolf," I stated.
