This is fucking boring, Ming knew its a mistake to attend parties like this for it always ends up him having brain damage for how boring it is.
But Alaina Vongviphan, the one who invited him is a nice woman and he's still wondering how he end up with Ton Vongviphan, a cold and ruthless businessman. Ming can be ruthless too but he's more calculative.
Even Ron is a cunning man, he can never outwit Ming for the business world is his playground ever since he learned how to write his name.

As of now, Ming is doing some business with V&K (for the construction of his company's condominiums project all over the country. Ming have to admit that V&K company are the best at the moment.

Mingkwan looked at the people who are with him on the table,Marco and Wayo are having discussions with V&K's top engineer Ram Intochar. He is a guy on his late forties or early fifties,he maybe a handsome man on his younger days for you can still see it now and he has this happy and content aura on him. He's one of the reason V&K company are on top. Ming glance at the lady beside Him, his wife. Raven Intochar is a stunning woman according to Ram when he and Ming have discussions about the project and have some segways, he mentioned that he's older by fourteen years from his wife and it sounds amazing and Ming may not admit that out loud but he can see that they love each other so much. Okay this is getting ridiculous. Why Ming is observing couples love Affair now? Is he this bored?

Mingkwan swallowed a laughed when he saw Mrs Intochar trying to hide a yawn. Ming is amused for he's not the only one who's bored to the oldest hell. Kim wonder why she don't go mingle with the socialites who's busy gossiping with each other. Though she don't really look like one of those typical rich businessman's wife,she have more class and no nonsense look on her, Kim can tell that she don't like him, oh well its not like it matters anyway, Kim thought. Its not like its the first time. As he looked around he saw Ron and Alaina Vongviphan with their only daughter approaching their table, this is her party. Cassy Vongviphan is the middle child,she's a model. She's a pretty girl but ambitious one, too ambitious. The eldest son of Vongviphan is Ming's friend, Phana is more like his mother,his reserved but very good in business. Ming don't really like what Ron and his daughter are insinuating, like they are thinking she can hook him up.

'I'm sorry if we can't entertain you people that much tonight,we never thought this many people will come', Alaina apologized.

'Mother, its MY birthday!everyone knows me and would love to be here,' She said all proudly, like the pampered princess she is making Mingkwan and the others blink repeatedly.

'Your daughter is right Alaina,she's popular you know Ron said on the same manner. Wow talk about like father like daughter.

'Don't worry about it Alaina,we can manage, Ram Intochar cut in totally ignoring the two.

'Sooooo Winter, how do you find my dress it fits me pretty much right?" The birthday girl said in singsong tone ignoring Mr Intochar that irritated Ming's ears. She stand behind him for he's sitting between Wayo and Marco,her hands are crawling on Ming's chest too much for his liking.

'Yeah Cass its good on you.' Ming indulge her while prying her tentacles off his body. Seriously,how can someone do that in front of their parents? Mingkwan maybe titled by the society as the player,the hopeless womanizer but he think he have more standards and he don't play with little girls. Alaina shot him one apologetic smile and he just nod at her trying to suppress Ming's temper. Can this night can get any more worse? Ming stared at the liquor on his glass longingly while slowly turning it and then drunk it all the way down, feeling the burning sensation from his throat down to his stomach. That's what he fucking need .
