All Ming's life he never regret whatever he did. His parents thought him that, no matter what decisions he makes he have to make sure that he will never regret anything, Ming was never allowed to make mistakes, he needs to be perfect.

What happened today is like break for Ming. Like a recess.
When was the last time he found people amusing? When was the last time he laugh because something are funny not because he is scarier that way.

But seeing Kim Intochar looked at him like that, like Ming is nothing but a stranger who happenned that he met unfortunately, like an accident, it awakens something that Kim can't picture out.

Anxiety?irritation? Annoyance? Why? Because the young man never bow down to him or maybe because Kit is like a free bird he can do whatever he want, without anyone restraining him.
Ming is thinking if perhaps he's envious... Of the things he's not allowed.

In his world, he can't just give his trust on anyone. Its like walking on thin ice,you have to mind your steps all the time. His parents drilled into him that his status is something people will be after from him. That he will never find someone who will not.

People strives to be on top. Many can do anything to reach it and when they do, they will fight to stay. Because the top means power,wealth and popularity. What people don't understand is, the top usually is cold, ruthless and lonely. You have to keep a mask that covers up everything, that hides your emotion, your feelings. You are not allowed to show weakness, no, you can't have a weakness. The more you are on top the more you lose your self, the urges to care, you see everyone as below you. Because Mingkwan was born to be on top but his parents forgot to show him how to looked down , maybe because they never do that..ever.

Seeing Kit Intochar is like a reminder on what Ming don't have and he can never have. Kit is full of life, what youth should have, the way his eyes light up in things that are just a regular event, on how he carry himself with confidence with sure walk, that sincere smile like he have everything which on the contrary, all he don't have are his but maybe it annoys Ming the fact that the simple things such as his parents attention and devotions like he's the most especial being ever is a punch on the gut. Ming envy him for the simple reality that he has a loving parents and he has not. Ming can't remember on his younger years how to have fun, because he's not allowed to have one. Now him at age of twenty eight, he is still young but he is stuck in the chilly world his parents just made him embraced without asking what he wants. And meeting Kit is a reminder of a weakness.

Yeah its shallow, its a pity...but Mingkwan hated Kit Intochar for that fact, envy him to the point that he want to make him cry to see him lose that light, that happiness, that contentment that like taunting Ming's. But the look that kit casted Ming before he left is like he just saw Ming's very soul and Ming can't accept that.

Sunday passed like blur.

Now its Monday, Ming is on his office at DGC headquarters staring at the breathtaking view of the skyscrapers that looked fantastic from where his office at.

A soft knock snap him from his reverie. A sighed escape from his lips as Ming brushed his palm on his face.

"Com eee in." Ming called as he turn to face his table stacked with papers that need to be read and sign.

The door opened up revealing his secretary, a pretty and intelligent woman on her thirties that more on a friend to Ming than a employee. Surprising huh?
