That night for the first time, for as long as he can remember, Ming fell asleep with a smile. For the first time he embrace the night without worrying about his demons lurking on the dark side of his mind.
But our demons is like our shadows they will never leave, its always lurking behind.
Mingkwan suddenly jolted up from his sleep, catching his breath like he run a marathon. Brushing his face with palm, while sitting up.
He should be used to it. Same dreams, same nightmare.... But why it still manage to cut his already minced heart?
Mingkwan knows he won't be going back to sleep. Making himself a coffee he decided to just start working.
The days on Kit's days pass after that smoothly. He realized things will got serious as they stay at the DDC (Daichapanya development corporation). And Mingkwan was right, Kit never felt like an idiot as he was now.
"Sir, your parents are here." Ming's secretary informed Ming.
Before Ming can reply, the couple stormed inside.
"Father, mother, what are you guys doing here?."
"We are reminding you to come home tomorrow, you know what's tomorrow right?." Ming's mother said while surveying his office.
"How's everything here?." Mingkwan's dad asked taking one file on Ming's table then flip the pages.
"Everything's fine." Ming frowned.
"Your office don't looked like an office, asked your team to renovate it." Ming's mother said while walking around.
"I don't need to, I prefer it this way." Ming replied. He contain what his been doing as his Dad keep on getting files on Ming's stack.
