Chapter 16

( originally I'm planning this story to be a ten chapter one but here I am at 16 😆)

Don't waste time by pondering about things from the past, but looked forward for what lies ahead instead.....

Kit's day is a chaos, and tiring and annoying. He got bombarded by questions but other interns and even the other regular employees.
He received glares from women he don't know and the interns who never talked to him before are flocking around him.

Can he go strangle the boss of this place? He will not kill him maybe just hurt him for just a little bit?

At lunch, Kit escaped the scene to breath fresh air outside. While walking to go eat on the restaurant he'd been before, a black Mercedes Benz stopped beside him. The door at the passenger's seat opened revealing an old woman who he recognized as Ming's mother. Now what.

With no other choice, Kit slipped in beside the old lady avoiding on touching her. The driver starts to drive with Kit feeling utterly uncomfortable with the chilly ambiance inside the car.

"How much?."

"Excuse me?." Kit frowned.

"Don't play dumbed with me, how much for you to leave Mingkwan and DDC?." The old woman is not looking at Kit but looking straight ahead.

What? What's wrong with this woman?

"What do you mean?."

"Break up with my son!." The woman take off his sunglasses revealing the eyes same as Ming.

"Why you have to decide for your son." Kit is starting to get annoyed by the woman's bossy attitude. Is this why Ming is like what he is now?

"Believe me, I can do more damage to you and your family if you decided to leech on my son instead of taking my offer." The woman is clearly threatening Kit. Kit clenched his fist, with his face darken. How dare she threatened his family?

"Are you being serious right now ma'am?, you threatened my family because you are interfering with your so much adult son's life?, what kind of mother are you?."

"A mother that will do anything to protect her son."

"Protect? Don't make me laugh.. If you really are concerned for your son's welfare  then why not talk to your son and tell him your concerns instead!"

"You have no right to tell me what to do, now one million take it or leave it." Ming's mother took out a cheque.

"No."

"What did you say?!"

"I said no!, I'm leaving your son ..you can try but you can't make me." Kit know that he's only digging himself more on Mingkwan's mess up life but he can't seem to it go just like that.

"If you are one of those pest don't dragged my son with you on whatever dirt you came from, trust me you will be sorry."

"No ma'am, don't dragged yourself to your own hell he don't deserve that.. Stop isolating him like some prisoner he don't deserve that either and most of all don't put a leash around his neck so you can control his movement, he deserve friends not a parents who don't deserve him." After that Kit asked the driver to stop leaving Mrs Daichapanya stupefied and seething with anger.
