"Ah..." Gary joked "my shit don't stink." Laughing Gary asked Andrea "how did you sleep lastnight? Comfortably, I hope."
"Yes" Andrea's sweet voice penetrated through the shower curtain "I slept quite well and comfortable, on my back all night" Andrea laughed. "How was your sleep lastnight? You were quite emotional when I to sleep."
"Ah I believe the whiskey helped with that" Gary explained. "I couldn't even remember that you were here when I woke up this morning. Gary admitted that he thought long and hard through the whiskey and wondered if life would have been any different had he made different choices back in the day. The conclusion he came to which he always came to before going to sleep, that it does not matter. He made a choice then and has to live with that decision today. The toilet flushed and Gary left the bathroom to discover that there was already coffee brewed in the coffee pot. He poured himself a cup and placed it at the spot on the table before going outside to retrieve the morning paper only to discover it wasn't there.
"Hey good looking," Andrea held up the newspaper "you looking for this? Come and get it." She smiled seductively and ran into her room. Gary sat at the table and drank his coffee after the robed Andrea took off into her room. Andrea joined Gary with the newspaper at the table placing it infront of him. "Fine." She said running her hands up and down her sides "you could have unwrapped this package but it's too late now." She sat enjoying her morning coffee.
"Huh?" Gary spouted "and if I was to poke fun, and you were to take it seriously," Gary asked "then what?" Picking up the paper and begining to read "I am very careful with that nowaday." Gary explained "not only is a sexual experience the strongest form of energy release you can acheive" Gary took another drink of his coffee in todays day and age there are so many sexualy transmitted diseases I am affraid to enter where any man has gone before." Gary continued after a drink from his coffee "The way I see it one sexual partner equals many, see one has to realize that the one before has had one that has had one that has had one that may have had one too many" Gary picked up the newspaper and continued reading "and so the disease spreads. I for one choose abstinence over absense."
"You have a very good point there," Andrea admitted "I understand. You poise a very good point there and if you'll keep me I would like to stay, even if it is in the other room,"Andrea explained "You have a very unique composure about you. How much are you going to charge me for room and board if I was to move in?" She asked.
"Let me finish reading the paper and we'll discuss that option" Gary stated. Andrea went into the living room and began playing. Gary didn't recognize what she was playing at all but listened as it was quite nice before standing and making his way to the mic and started singing. "That is what I am going to charge you to stay here." Gary stated " You must help me record at least twelve tracks per year to take to The Band and then we will have new material at the Taven also."
"It's a deal," Andrea rose after putting the guitar in it's stand "I am going to get my things then and I'll be back." Stopping and sitting again "how does this work?" Andrea asks "I am going to need to earn a living, you know? I'm going to need to go to work. I also have only about $200.00 to my name right now."
"Save that and of course you do." Gary responded "you do whatever you need to do to keep you satisfied." The place is yours for at least theree months unless I choose to renew the lease." Gary rubbed his chin "I should really have a chat with Devin, and see what is up with this place." Gary picked up the phone and dialed "Hello Sherry, are you busy? Good bring the van by. See you soon, thanks for your time." Hanging up the telephone Gary looked over at Andrea, "your ride will be here soon to go gather your goods.."
"I love your approach," Andrea went on "You seem to have everything covered." Andrea sat on the couch "I believe I will be very happy living here. I certainly hope you will be happy with me."
Gary set down his coffee cup beside on the coffee table and turned to face this beautiful woman. "I believe I already am." He joined Andrea with his coffee on the couch to wait for her ride to go and pick up her things and move her into his home.
